Doctor Nada was absolutely excellent. She explains things before doing, and has patience. She knows exactly what treatment needs to be done when analysing the issue. She’s just amazing. Definitely will be coming back.

I came here for a regular checkup, the optometrist Mo was extremely thorough and helpful with the eye check up. I had been getting headaches and dizziness at work and he was the one that picked up thst it was because of my eyes!! I got some beautiful glasses from there they have a huge range and now I don't get dizzy anymore

I cannot sing this clinic’s praises enough - I have had my treatment booked straight away. The treatment done by Dr Sundus Alkillidar, and I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond to get me an appointment at such late notice. She was empathetic and competent! very professional and took the time to explain the cause of the pain. From the moment I walked in, i felt like I am in safe hands!

Very rude dentist. Kept me waiting while i was in pain. I could not beleive my eyes when i saw the doctor chatting with her friend for about half n hour while i waited and waited. Once she attended me she was extremely rude and asked me where i got my previous treatments from and that she cant help me much. I hate this dental service. Not recommended at all

I have met very few rude people since I came to England. Kindness is very important to me. The lady at the check-in didn't accept my appointment even though she had my reference number, and it was rude of her to say YALLAH to me assuming I didn't understand her. When it comes to rudeness, the location of the building is reset. Again, no matter what, courtesy is important.

In 12yrs living in London, I have genuinely never come across a more belligerent, hostile, unfriendly, unprofessional and venomous front desk/reception than at Marble Arch MED Centre. Before I continue this review, I wish to state that the dentist I have seen twice at Marble Arch (Dr. Al-Killidar) was nothing short of superb and, I highly recommend her to all.The issue at Marble Arch MED Centre is Khilood: the world's most hostile receptionist. Khilood will be the middle-aged woman you will all encounter at the front desk upon entering and, is usually wearing a semi-hijab. Please allow me to present my case:My second trip to Marble Arch MED Centre was in October '21. Granted London was in the middle of a COVID lockdown, however, I had received a text *on the morning of my appointment* which said the following: Don't forget your appointment on X/X/X at XX:XX at Marble Arch Dental Centre. Call 0207 723 5424 if you can't attend. No reply to SMS". Naturally assuming that the dental practice was

Bad experience with disrepcted reception, I would never recommend them to any patient who is seeking respect and good treatment the syrian dentist is good but did not solve the problem.

Very please with my use of Groupon last Saturday. The team at the front desk were friendly and even smiling!(rare in London customer service...) the examination was perfect, very thorough and the doctor anwser all my questions. I did feel stress about my eyes and the examination but I've been very satisfied at the end by the service I received . Highly recommend and would go back everytime I need for my eyes. Thank you !(Good to know the clinic is situated upstairs,first floor)

Having visited many opticians over the years, I found this optician to be the best of my experiences so far. The optician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me very good advice on how to take care of my eyes. The customer service was also excellent and the staff were very helpful.

Dr Sundus is the best specailly with kids she did filling for my daughter few months ago and she was so good and patient with her and her work is perfect no mistake.
