Baan Thai Massage and Spa

I just came back from a beautiful Signature Thai hot stone massage. Amy was my therapist and she was absolutely brilliant. I have a bit of a cold and she accommodated for this by supplying me with a hot water bowl so I could diffuse some Eucalyptus under my face. Without this extra step, I am not sure I would have been able to relax ad much as I did. Her touch was perfection too. The staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming as well. I have already booked my next appointment. Can't wait

I'm very grateful a friend recommended Baan Thai to me. Arrived yesterday for my appointment with Amy with the aches and pains associated with professional gardening work and left feeling rejuvenated and alive. Having had a previous bad experience with another nearby Thai massage establishment, I couldn't of been more welcomed and put at ease by the receptionist and Amy who guided me throughout the session. I'll definitely be back!

Went here with my wife, we each had a swedish deep tissue massage. We've had lots of massages in many places, this was one of the best. Plus a very professional, respectful and well managed experience. Will go again for sure.

Was recommend by a friend and what can i say...Absolutely amazing! I can not recommend enough! Been looking for a decent deep tissue massage for a long time! Good communication, perfect pressure. Helped my back tremendously, I felt fresh and rejuvenated when I left! I shall definitely be a returning customer.

Horrible experience. Booked a couples aromatherapy massage for my boyfriend and I. Arrived 5 mins early. Got told that due to them running behind we would have to have our massage separately despite paying for the joint room. After explaining that we had paid specifically for the couples room they said if we wait 15 mins they would have the room ready for us.35 mins later after complaining again the room was finally ready. After this it just got worse. The areas we had both requested not to be touched on our forms were ignored. I had a hip injury and after experiencing pain was told that “hurt a bit now, feel better later” she carried on anyway despite me asking not to.At the very end got asked if we’d ever had a Thai massage before - cue confusion as that’s not what we’d booked. After asking clarified that we had been given the wrong massage. In the end waited for a refund and went home as the manager wasn’t on site. Eventually called and a refund is thankfully being processed by the kind receptionist who apologized, although we’ve been told we will have to wait 5 days.

Made a booking for treatment for my neck and shoulder. Really professional massage. All the familiar smells and sounds of a traditional Thai massage, accompanied with a confident anatomical understanding of how to improve my range of movement. Really impressed. great facility to have in the area.

We visited today as we had a gift from friends, we decided to top up the gift and we booked a couple aromatherapy and foot massage.All the staff were really nice and welcoming, they explained everything to us, and also they explained that if we wanted more pressure we could just ask for it so we understood what type of massage to book for for the future. Very professional, lovely hidden gem! And we also have a bottle of complimentary water.. 100/100!!!! Perfect way to end a Saturday afternoon! THANK YOU SO MUCH

My first time perfect Thai massage in Bournemouth! I booked an hour couple massage for me and my boyfriend and the two massagers are really professional with good service, good massage. If i hadn’t come here, I wouldn’t know my neck and shoulders were quite tight. I Highly recommend.

Great hospitality and obviously very experienced staff. Everything was done very professionally and we enjoyed it very much. We did the 60 minute relaxation massage. If we are ever back in town we will definitely be back here. :)
