Zoe was really attentive, professional and friendly throughout my treatment (I had a luxury pedicure). She did a fantastic job and I really enjoyed my first visit to the salon thanks to her excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve started coming here in the last year and every appointment is fab. I’ve had nails, brows and pedi. Staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. Zoe is amazing at brows and recently had my nails done with Brooke, she done such an amazing job especially as my nails were in a bad way due to my job. Brooke made sure they were perfect which I really appreciated because they were so busy

Nikkie was lovely, so welcoming and friendly. I was nervous before going but really shouldn't have been! Nikkie put me at ease straight away. I was booked for a gel polish on hands and the colour selection was vast! Nikkie gave me a few minutes to choose I didn't feel rushed at all. My nails look beautiful and I couldn't be happier. My mum and sister recommended the salon and brought me a voucher I will definitely be going back and recommending to others!

Ocean Rooms , is it in a ideal location with plenty of parking and a wonderful view of the waterfront, whilst you wait for your treatments. I had a warm welcome upon arrival and they offered me tea/coffee. Whilst I waited. Miranda is a fairly new member of the team, but she was very welcoming and attentive. She took attention to detail of the colour that I required and went the extra mile to add a bit of litter to give the perfect look. She is very professional, and did a great job. Ocean Rooms is very stylish yet classy with a wonderful atmosphere. They are very reasonably priced. Look forward to my next there. Thank you, Miranda.

Brooke was amazing from start to finish and I will definitely be requesting for her personally on every one of my future visits. Very great at making you feel at ease especially as I was completely naked for my spray tan. Her skills with my feet omg, I will be treating myself to 3 of those every year even told my mother once every 4 months I'm having my luxurious pedicure. Such a lovely friendly woman if I could give her a higher scoring than 5 I would. Nail skills are on point love my shape and French manicure.

I attended the ocean beauty rooms for a full body massage with Brooke and she was very good and it was very relaxing. I have also attended the Christmas party. It was so much fun, very well organised and some many different treatments to watch and Roxi demonstrated her make-up look and the model looked lovely.

Absolutely amazing lashes with Nikkie. I love them and they have not budged. Nikkie always goes above and beyond and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how she did my lashes. Always kind and friendly and just brilliant at her job. Thank you so much :) Kathryn

Just brilliant My nail technician was very good. Made a fab job of my nails. One hadn't quite set when I got home, but that wasn't a problem, I just went back later and it was fixed. Ready for tomorrow's wedding. Thanks heaps. Great job.Went back again and had them done again... Great job done by Brooke this time.Brooke looked after me while visiting from. I booked massage here . The pillow and blanket were filthy . The therapist picked up the pillow and blanket off the floor and handed me over clearly showing it was used on the last client . It’s such a known place and the hygiene is so much poor. Why can’t they use washed sheets / blankets or something disposable for every client. It’s not like they are charging less. Or they can mention beforehand on their booking website that they are using same filthy things for each client for God knows how long.The therapist also left early though it was supposed to be 55 minutes but she left in 47 minutes . Came in at 3:15 and left at 6:02. They can check their CCTV too for confirmation.Pictures aren’t doing the justice with the amount of oil, dirt and stains were on everything as the lights were dim to take a proper picture.
