I visited the brewery when I was in the area, it has a great atmosphere and tasty beers. Massive range of ales! I loved the fact you can overlook the brewery where all of it's made. I didn't know what to get but I was recommended a really good citrussy IPA.

The 1st stop on our little 1 day 'tour' of Newcastle's craft beer scene & a great place to start. Some lovely beers on tap, lots of Hazy/Juicy ones (and some stronger DDH & TIPA ones) which is what we are after. Staff very friendly & happy to give tasters. App ordering which was pretty slick.

Really nice brewery tap - located upstairs with a good view over the brewery operations. Nice easy app to order, friendly efficient staff and easy going friendly big bearded locals.Most importantly some really nice IPA beer, and I could have happily sunk more than a few. Sold pizza but I can't vouch for it as we didn't eat here.Try and go on foot if you can to avoid what appears to be parking nazis outside if all the anxious signs about making sure you have paid for parking are to be believed.The walk through the lego housing of Byker from the tube station is interesting and while I'd want to keep my whits about me, didn't feel too unsafe.

Spacious bar overlooking the brewery. There's a wide range of brews, from the weaker session ales to DIPA, light or dark and some ciders too. Really friendly staff, happy to let you sample any before you buy. I saw a large Pizza oven, although we didn't eat there. Highly recommend a visit.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the space is cozy and welcoming.

LOVE this place! I’m an American “craft beer snob” and couldn’t have been happier here. “Mountains of Mars”was one of my favorite beers- EVER! Our beertenders (Ed and Amber) were knowledgeable and helpful. Pizza was great. If you’re in Newcastle- you gotta go!!

An excellent beer hall to sample some of the finest beers in Newcastle! Loved the venue and drinks, great view of the brewing process, would loved to have tried the food but we'd already eaten! Very good place to come for drinks and a bite to eat, staff were knowledgeable about their beers and very accommodating
