Came into this establishment with lack of expectation only to be met with great hospitality and hygiene in all areas, very pleased with everything overall, we even talked to some of the team! Including josh, Liam, Lauren, Adele, Raymond, Jackie and an extra special mention to hanadi, who made entire our entire experience very pleasurable and effortless

After flight was delayed we decided grab a coffee and snack.Restaurant was lovely and clean staff constantly clearing tables.Plugs to charge up phones was a bonus.All the staff were very polite especially Jaz made a delay alittle more bearable.

Jamie is a legend, there was a wee girl playing seven nation army. 11/10 experience. Will without a shadow of a doubt return to this fine eatery. A five star experience.

Jamie the shift manager was my server today as I needed some changes on a veggie meal. He jumped on for me and was very attentive and friendly and added a personal touch rather than machine ordering. Thank you !

On visiting a VERY busy Burger King in Edinburgh airport. I was having a problem ordering from the self service. I asked for some help and received the best customer service I have experienced in a long time from a fantastic and very helpful guy called Jamie. He knew exactly what to do and made my Burger King experience a very memorable one. Well done that guy.

Would have given 5 but gave 4 stars because of the extortionate prices. Otherwise, great service. Emily and Chloe were very nice and friendly, helping us with the drinks machine and sauces. Great tasting food!

Very lovely and accommodating service. Very quick and friendly staff! Highly recommend for a pick me up at the airport. Lovely mama her Jamie especially lovely and helpful.
