An excellent experience from start to finish - communication throughout was key and I was kept up to date with orders & installation. Installation attention to detail was pleasing to see and the quality of the materials used is easy to see not the pvc that others offered at same cost. All round 10/10 & I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends & family.

I knew we wanted shutters for the front of our home although we didn't know where to start or most importantly who was going to install them. So I searched on Google and Newcastle Shutter Company came up with 5-stars, so without hesitation I contacted them; it's safe to stay I know why Mathew and his dad get 5-stars now. From start to finish the process was very seamless, Mathew explained everything thoroughly when picking the shutters (colour, hardware, louvres, frames etc) and made sure it all fit within the aesthetics of our home. He also didn't make us feel rushed or pressured with the decision making process - this is something I am very grateful for as an indecisive person. When it came to fitting the shutters, their attention to detail was second to none and left everything spotless. We are beyond happy with the finished look and I wish all home improvements were as simple as this.
