I would definitely recommend K & L, they recently completed a bathroom installation for my parents which involved replacing the bath with a walk in shower. Right from the start of the project everyone I have dealt with at K & L has been professional and accommodating. Jack who did the installation was a diamond, his attention to detail and quality of work has transformed the room beyond our expectations.

We went to K&L on recommendation to completely remodel my mum's bathroom. I prefer to use local businesses where I can. From start to finish everyone from K&L was friendly and professional. Consultation in the shop and quotation from David was comprehensive and provided quickly. The start of work date was set and stuck to. Andy and Ken were friendly, polite and professional tradesmen, who worked efficiently over and above what I expected. They were considerate to mum who was able to remain in the house, as they worked round her. I wouldn't hesitate to use K&L again, great service and end product.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service of this company. Had to follow-up multiple times for what they have promised. No quotes, estimations (for the services they have suggested) are coming from them without multiple reminders. But, invoices are on-time!.However, the person who attends the services seem to be doing the good job.

A highly professional, top notch company, with installers of the very best quality. I used them to install a completely new bathroom suite, & without a doubt, are the finest outfit I have ever dealt with.

David designed the bathroom to our specifications. There were times when we changed our mind with respect to the size of the various bathroom units, type of units, etc.David understood what we were after and showed various units until we finally agreed on the ones we wanted. He showed a lot of patience – a plus point.Ken, Jack and Lee were tasked to build and deploy the fittings to the bathroom. They were extremely polite, willing to listen and make suggestions when asked. Always arrived on time – a plus point.They have diligently carried out the task of rebuilding the bathroom and completed the build in less days than initially thought – a plus point.Before fixing any appliance (e.g. sink basin) they would ask is this position fine or would you rather move it a bit more – a plus point.They are very tidy and cleaned any mess generated and even removed any rubbish from underneath the floorboards whilst doing the re-piping – a plus point.Before leaving for the day, they would clean and hoover the floor, stairs and landing leading to the Bathroom – a plus point.What is amazing about them all is their mannerism, respect, and professionalism they showed – a plus point.We would not hesitate to use K&L Heating and Bathrooms Ltd again and we cannot highly recommend them enough. Job well done.

Really excellent service - David and Steve removed one radiator and replaced another before refilling and restarting our system. They were professional and polite, on time, very tidy and extremely thorough. We are delighted to recommend K&L based on our experience with them.

Professional and reliable company that we have used a few times now. Last week we had a new mixer tap fitted in the kitchen which was done promptly and with the minimum of fuss. Nice to deal with trades who know what they are doing!

We have used K&L Heating consistently for nearly 10 years for both major bathroom rennovations, boiler overhauls and minor servicing and repairs. They have just fitted a complete new boiler system and replaced & relocated radiators. This was a major and very complex job. Kevin and the guys were highly professional, very accomodating and patient and took care to clean up. K&L are highly knowledgeable and experienced and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
