We engaged Mr Bill Steele from Cullinane Steel Architects to undertake some renovations of our family home.Bill demonstrated excellent design skills, creativity, and continuously tried to find solutions to meet our needs. After some initial discussions, Bill took our vision and turned it into a functional, aesthetically pleasing design. He was able to provide innovative solutions that maximised space and functionality, while also respecting our budget and preferences.Bill has excellent communication skills and had the ability to work collaboratively with the selected contractor and the other professionals involved in the project. He was also very practical and knowledgeable about the renovation process. We are very pleased with the outcome and the service provided by Bill.

Bill drew up our house plans and was with us throughout our build. He came highly recommended from lots of people. He listened to everything we wanted and we are thrilled with the finished product. His ideas have really made the most of our site. He was always easy to work with, and easy to get in touch with. He completed all site visits as soon as requested. We undertook the rebuilding of the family home in Sockar and it has recently been completed, with the exception of external decorations and landscaping. As we were living in the UK during the construction process it was essential that we had the services of a competent design and management team. Cullinane and Steele Architects, in particular Bill Steele, provided a first-class design and management service from commencement of the design process, through planning, tendering, construction and handover. The service was friendly, attentive and professional throughout, for which we are extremely grateful.Through Bill’s direction, we now have a house that is similar to the original home externally but provides modern well-proportioned rooms internally with underfloor heating and hot water via an air source heat pump, heat recovery ventilation, triple glazed windows and insulated to the highest standards. Bill has achieved for us a most comfortable, well-designed home, that we are delighted with.Our thanks are also extended to our contractor, Anthony Gallagher and his team at ACA Construction Ltd, Stranorlar, for providing a beautifully finished home.

Bill overseen our self build in 2018 .The service from Bill from the very first day was absolutely fantastic. He listened to our ideas and designed our dream home. Bill was great when it came to the design of my new home. We sat down and talked it through, he listened and then worked up a design that ticked all the boxes in terms of the position within the site, the sun orientation, the wider countryside views, and internally for how the house functions.
