Exceptional service! Bizarrely my bedroom window fell out at 6:30am this morning. I rang Jonathan and he arrived within a couple of hours. He was very professional, and I was grateful for his expertise, he did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him for his outstanding workmanship and reliability.

I have been a home owner for over 40 years and employed dozens of workmen, but this man was the worst.It took him 3 months to replace a bedroom window in a bungalow.6 weeks to get the window in, but a cracked pane and no internal beading.Another 6 weeks and it was finished.Even though the van he came in said on the side Fensa registered when my husband asked for a certificate he said he wasn't registered it was his brother who was.I later sent him a text stating I wanted a certificate he then rang me and said he would get me one and then he became verbally abusive to me and after hurling the insults put the phone down.I have given him 6 weeks to provide the certificate. But he didn't.If you have any sense you will find another person.

John did an excellent Job when my front window was smashed and needed replacing quick service and was round in a flash to take a look when i gave him a call, Window was fully replaced to an excellent standard a few days later, great to have a chat with will definitely use again
