Great friendly, fast and efficient

After many trips to different travel agents trying to get all the things all members of family wanted hays got them ...staff were all very helpful and friendly always smiling a joy to be helping us to find the perfect holiday

Going into the shop in Jarrow is great. Ringing Hays Travel not so good as seems messages do not get passed on correctly & I have not kept fully updated

I have used them for some years now, can't get better, in my opinion.!!Helpful, knowledgeable friendly.

Just popped in for prices and ideas, staff very helpful (especially Jessica).We thought we were about to book and I asked to have a look at another holiday and basically start from scratch again and still it wasn't a problem for Jessica to help us. Great customer service.

Staff are always willing to help, however the ability to work with different branches would make it better. Each branch appears to be a franchise and therefore booking is other branches are totallySeparate, which is slightly inconvenient as you have to return to the store you booked your holiday in.

I have used Hays travel Jarrow for a couple of years now but, there has been a definet decline in customer service with the girls bogged down by paperwork.I had trouble completing the passenger locater form 24 hours before going away. I looked online to see the shop opening hours, took time out of my job, to go there and was told the shop wasn't opening until 10.00am as they all had a zoom call. I was already stressed with this as I was travelling the next day and without it couldn't board the plane but, on top of this I had taken time off work to sort this. The girls as ever are happy and trying to do their best but, this time it wasn't good enough. I went onto atry and complete the form and, on my way into work called into a different travel agent. They were very helpful and despite being rushed explained that the code I had got wasn't the right one and helped me to complete the form allowing a stress free 2r hours until my holiday. Come on hays travel, support these girls.. I won't rush back to book i. You need more staffa d having zoom calls in office hours with no support to customers is bad business.

The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Michelle for what she done for us
