Jade, Emma and the team handled our house sale brilliantly. Communication was excellent, fees were competitive and the software offered allowed me to track my viewings (with text and email confirmation of each appointment), see feedback from each viewer, track offers submitted and also gave me visibility of the views my property had on Rightmove.I’m quite particular about photos and was delighted when the professional photographer (Greg) came out to take pictures and capture a 360 degree tour of my property. We booked to see a property (Main Street, Sauchie, Alloa) after more or less begging them to show us this property as they appear to have not enough staff to show prospective buyers properties. On the day of the viewing just 2 hours before our appointment we received a call informing us seller has just accepted an offer. They have shared with us what the offer percentage was as in offers over price and the annoying thing is it was below what we would offer for the property. This agent's reluctance to show us the property on the day we had initially requested and then cancelling on the day they said they could show us the property ended up costing the seller not getting the price we would pay for their property and for us to start our property search again. One thing for sure we will not be dealing with them in the future.

Excellent customer service throughout the selling of our first property and buying again a few months later. Always prompt when communicating and there to answer any questions we had. Special thanks to Emma and Jade who dealt with us through the whole process.

very poor customer service, did not communicate well and when we gave in an offer they did not take it to the seller till after we had viewed the property days later. we do not live in Alloa so was a journey to get there and as much as we didnt expect them to accept the offer , we wanted to know if we would even be considered before we made the trip.

I saw 2 houses from this agency. There was no problem getting this booked, people I talked to over the phone were great, happy to help. Yana was giving me a house tour and she is an absolutely amazing person. Very professional and friendly, she answered all of my questions and even more.
