I rented my first flat through Reliance Estates and they were unbelievably helpful. As it was my first time becoming an independent tenant, I was unsure what to expect and what processes I would need to complete. The guys at Reliance were understanding and very supporting through the whole process, they took the time to make sure I had a full understanding of everything that was required and how things work. If I ever had any questions or issues they would always make sure everything was sorted as soon as possible and with the best possible outcome. I will happily continue to rent off of them and maybe even buy my first property from them. Is nice to know your property is in safe hands.

This company is an absolute joke. Rising damp broken fixtures and never answer the phone rented from them for 4 years and it was hell. Ended up seriously ill from mould they refused to inspect for 3 and a half years and when they did attend were apologetic of what they left me to live in.Only highlight is Russel who did his best to help after Luke who was quiet possibly the least reliable or trustworthy person ignored any promise to resolve issues for 4 years.

I have given them one star as they never get back to you when they are supposed to and they don't help to find you a property they are totally rubbish. Harry is the worst person to deal with he NEVER gets back to you. You have to keep calling them.

I used Reliance to search for my new home and they really helped me figure out what I was looking for. Turned out I didn't even know! After my time with them I had a brighter vision for what I wanted, and although I didn't buy through Reliance they helped me more than I knew.
