Carpet Bargain Centre

They seemed nice and genuine however after being told they will come out and measure my stairs and landing on 3 different occasions they did not turn up once not even a phone call to say they wouldn’t be able to make it. After calling up they said they would be out and still did not come. This is awful and I don’t see how they can run a business. Will be going elsewhere.

Not bothered to turn up I’ve rang because he was late to be told he’d be here soon now there’s no answer as the shop is shut and I’m fuming second time I’ve been subject to cowboy carpet owners/fitters I give no stars at all I’m left with bare stairs now and a dog who will definitely get hurt on them

Reasonably priced and helpful in the store when choosing a carpet and lino. Fitter came on time and did a cracking job.. looks great!

Only gave a star so I could get on here to give a review been getting fobbed off all day then told they would be here by 5pm convenient as the shop closes at 5!!! No consideration at all the fact I had to make sure someone was home... will not be letting this go

Never ever go to this carpet shop it's a absolute joke, orded floor for my living room was ment to come on Tuesday didn't turn up till Thursday!!and when it finally got fitted the floor lifted had to get them bk out to fix it, then the carpets that was even worse went to the shop picked the carpet I wanted the fella turns up with the wrong carpet , so had to go bk the shop then he tried to charge me £80 more!!!! The fella doesn't have a clue he tries to Palm u of with the nasty stuff he can't get rid off, just been to another carpet place he's just come and messured up for me and the fella who come with the carpet I didn't want only put the underlay down the wrong way ha the shop is unbelievable , I wouldn't even give it 1 star it's that bad

Popped in for new carpet on stairs and throughout in bedrooms. Very helpful in the shop, carpet good quality and fitters did an excellent job in good time! Will be using again when I get around to decorating the front room.

Highly satisfied with the service I received. Within a week of contacting them and choosing my flooring it was fitted. Can not fault them one bit, fitter did a superb job in a timely manner. Made up with it! They deliver on their name haha it was a bargain and well cheaper than the other quotes I'd had.

I shoud've read Natalya's review before I actually booked this guy in...no show after making an appointment & no telephone call 2 apologise. I've now taken my business elsewhere. Shame as I wanted to help the local businesses during Covid. His loss.

Just got home from the vets after my dog had to have 2 of her nails removed due to the fact that the guy who fitted my floor left a huge gap in the metal strips along my tiles he also fitted it wrong in my bathroom as I can no longer shut the door never order with these guys never met worse cowboys in all my life

Worst shop ever! Turns up 3 hours late fitter then complained he didn’t want to fit the carpet when challenged he then said reluctantly ok he’l do it for me to say leave it and the shops kept my deposit! Leaving their mess for me to clean up. Arrogant, rude and obnoxious avoid like the plague!!!
