Barney & The Pizza

First came across Barney and the pizza in the Folkestone goods yard - fantastic pizza full of flavour and the staff were brilliant!After this we hired one of the horse boxes for a family event - the whole set-up was brilliant staff were attentive and provided 5 star service.I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

My wife and I ordered pizza and was greeted with a buzzer so that we would be alarmed when our pizza was ready, as time went on, we started to wonder if we'd been forgotten so I waited at the bar to ask a member of staff kindly how long of a wait we had left after waiting 3/4 of an hour, the staff then realised that we'd been forgotten which would have been fine if we had gotten an apology for our wait, but instead they were playing the blame game on each other, the guy behind the stall asked what pizza we ordered and I'd replied the prosciutto, but he then put in a margarita and gave us a warm bottle of water and told us to wait for the buzzer again whilst they were all chatting to each other and eating behind the bar, at this point without an apology or even a care, we decided to just leave it and go to another stall for food, I don't usually leave a bad review as I believe these things do happen, but the way we were shunted off was really rude, won't be going here again :/

Excellent pizza! Efficient service! Much, much more delicious than big chain food. Have used several times and always delighted.

Superb service form this local pizza franchise.The pizzas are really well presented, the business offers quick and efficient order process. Staff are always polite and courteous. An all round nice experience. Would highly recommend!

Horrific pizza and service. Barely a bit of cheese and sauce on the pizza. When I politely asked for some cheese I was met with 3 young girls that rolled their eyes and were just plain rude to me infront of people. Wouldn’t go back

Brilliant experience when Barney came and fired up the pizza oven to help us celebrate staff appreciation week at Chaucer Hospital.Really friendly and helpful team, nothing was too much trouble and the pizza was amazing!I would highly recommend for any function.Thanks again Barney!

Nice pizza and lovely people, however not such great service. We pre booked the day before for their site at a campsite we were staying at. We were told we could come any time between 5:30 and 7:30. Arrived at 6:40 and were told it would be a 25 minute wait which was fine, unfortunately didn’t get our pizza till 8:10. Lots of other campers has also said they waiting for around 40 min to an hour. When we got our pizza they apologised but there was no offer of a partial refund or free extra even though we had been waiting in the cold for around an hour and a half. Again decent quality pizza and the people were nice but considering how much I paid and the fact we pre - ordered the day before it would have been nice to get some kind off compensation.

Hired Barney and the Pizza for our wedding. Great service, prompt arrival, amazing pizza. Ourselves and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas. They catered for the size of the wedding perfectly, no one was left hungry!
