I had the best experience at annettes pram shop , the prams are so beautiful in there I couldn’t find anywhere else that has these kind of prams in . Annette was so professional and we are so pleased with the pram we have purchased , the best quality and truly is a beautiful pram which you will struggle to get anywhere else ! Thankyou Annette x

My husband and I recently visited not knowing a lot about travel systems and no idea where to start! Annette and Nancy were so helpful and demonstrated a range of pushchairs to show the benefits what would be more useful to us etc. They were both so well informed and patient and really helped us make our final decision. I cannot recommend these ladies enough especially if this is your first time and you are unsure. Went to Annette’s after coming across her page on Facebook by accident, so glad I did! Went in just to “have a look” came out after ordering a beautiful Egg travel system. Annette helped with the colours, showed us demonstrations and with this being my first baby I was so grateful! We was able to do a payment plan for the pram and everything was so easy! Annette’s shop is lovely, we have brought dummies, egg accessories and other bits from there so it’s got everything you need. Annette is lovely and helpful, highly recommend!!! I first visited Annette’s 5 years ago when I was pregnant with my first daughter. I was instantly made to feel comfortable and Annette explained all the basics and got a variety of prams out and demonstrated all the different features (as a first time mom this was fabulous). We purchased the full travel system from Annette and have been back numerous of times and purchased things from travel strollers, snuz pod, baby swing to clothes dummies and accessories! Also my mom has been in a few times with me and purchased the children’s pushchair and accessories for my daughters birthdays.Annette’s will always be our go to shop for near enough anything baby/children related and I always recommend her to all my friends and family.We’ve recently purchased another travel system from Annette and was due to collect it this month but after seeing a new colour of the one we ordered had been released i cheekily asked Annette if there was any chance of swapping. She got back to me instantly and said she would try her very best and lo and behold she managed to get it swapped for me! I cannot wait for it to come into store and to collect it.Annette’s is 100% the best baby/children’s pram and clothing store I have ever come across and will always pop by and visit if I’m ever in need for any baby/children related items :)Thanks again Annette! Went to this shop on a whim today with my mother after shopping around locally and at larger stores looking at prams … we was blown away the moment we walked in. The shop is set out beautifully - the choices of prams are, in my opinion, the best and most gorgeous ones I’ve seen. Annette was very friendly and knowledgeable - we loved the personal shop experience we had. Even the clothes and little bits throughout the shop were gorgeous. I could of gone bankrupt today easily. Knew right from finding out I was pregnant I would travel to Annette’s to purchase my pram.Had a conversation with all three ladies that worked in the shop and each were just as lovely as the other. Very informative about all the prams I mentioned.I was lucky enough to get a great bargain with an ex display pram but even so I wasn’t treated any different to if I was purchasing a pram over the £1000 mark.I was shown the whole pram and how to fold it down and take wheels off etc. it was package nicely and even helped to the car with it.I cannot recommend them enough, it’s so nice to still have a shop you can go to, to test your pushchair out before buying and even better that you receive 5* customer service. I know I will definitely travel back to purchase my stroller and some of the beautiful clothes that were there.Thank you for a great experience.

Highly recommend shopping with Annette’s. Look here before you go to any other stores because the service, prices and just overall experience is just the best. I have never had a more comfortable and easy shopping experience. We bought a travel system bundle, exclusive to Annette’s for our first baby and I honestly cannot believe how beautiful it is and how much money we have saved!! 10/10 for these lovely ladies and Annette’s beautiful store xx

Me & my partner were looking for a pushchair after we had found out we were expecting baby number 3. We came across Annette’s pram shop on facebook and was having a look through at what pushchairs she was advertising. I had my heart set on the Egg 2 and My partner had his heart set on the icandy peach 7 so we decided to head to Annette’s shop to view them in person. When we got there we had our 5 year old son with us and we were greeted by Annette & a trainee who was both very welcoming and even took time out to make sure our son was involved with the process and didn’t feel left out. After Annette had shown us both pushchairs and spoken to us about all the accessories that came with them and demonstrated how to fold/change them over ect we decided to go for the icandy peach 7 and we are over the moon with the purchase. We never felt rushed or forced to buy from here but we felt relaxed and reassured that we were in safe hands. Upon collecting the pushchair Annette and her team checked the boxes to make sure everything was in the box that was included with our bundle, they even helped my partner take the boxes to the car and wished us well.
