First class customer service, my wife had a minor fault on an item of jewellery and it was immediately exchanged without question in a courteous and professional manner. Great shop, gem of a find offering a wide range of items, including the best most stylish and durable reading glasses!

Great place for finding nice things for finishing or furnishing a room. Some of it is a bit expensive, but the quality is excellent so you get what you paid for! The main reason I love shopping here is the odd bits like rugs, knobs, candles, bulbs, cushions etc - things that really give a room a quality look. The staff are super friendly and helpful too

It’s always a joy to shop here, there’s a great ambience about the place and the staff are always so helpful.I came in last week looking for a birthday present for my cousin and member of staff called Yumna spent lots of time with me going through ideas for a good present without ever looking annoyed or impatient.Suffice to say I’ll definitely be shopping here more on the future and I’d recommend it to anyone in the area.

Such a great collection of items clearly very carefully thought out and put together to make a really cosy feel to a big store.We'll definitely be back again soon.The staff went above and beyond delivering an item we forgot to take home with us.
