The manager is RUDE annoying... with her her hee haw laugh... and hasnt a clue with regard to prices. She also has a habit of putting best stock aside for herself - usually saying shes getting it fixed" only to be seen wearing it the next week and check stock... they do seem to put damaged items out frequently ( still charging the earth for it too) relate a few doors down much nicer"

I have been to this charity shop numerous times and all the staff are welcoming especially gina the manager making me and also my puppy feel very welcome also amazing quality and priced products I will definitely be back again and again. Keep up the good work guys

I visit this Charity shop most days. Gina could not be bettered. She manages the shop and when she is not there the new volunteers are also very friendly and helpful. Try this Charity shop out. If you are an animal lover or specifically a dog owner this is worth a visit.

This charity shop is Great! Plenty of useful and not too expensive things. Gina, The Manager in charge is friendly and helpful. She's welcoming and knowledgeable. Very friendly service. Caring Team. I went to the shop during my lunch hour with my husband. I asked the attendant if they would sell an inside vest of a suit from Next as my husband has the same suit but not the vest. The attendant responded absolutely not like if I was asking her to donate a kidney and her tone was disgusting to say the least. For a company based on charity and compassion I am at a loss. I didn't mind if that wasnt possible as it is a set so it's cool. She dealt with other customers with respect but changed her whole aura once I got to the till. She apparently thought it was okay to speak to me like that.

Hallswood Animal Sanctuary
This is without doubt the best charity shop in Norwich!! Clean, well stocked, welcoming, no “ old musty” smell! Polite knowledgeable staff. It’s a treat to visit! I always find something to buy. My favourite day is the one when the pat test man has been. Safety tested electrical items at fair prices, absolutely brilliant. The pearl of charity shops! The manageress is always keen to welcome donations and always says Thank you. That goes a long way in my book!
