I recently rented an 2-bed flat with William Brown. Super friendly staff, everyone always is polite and helpful when you talk on the phone. In particular Amber is great! She really goes beyond to make you feel special and you never feel this is a transaction but instead you feel cared and looked after. They even throw in a little welcome pack when getting the keys to your place! I recommend William brown Harlow team, they are great! Best agency I have ever dealt with. The renting crisis isn’t easy at the moment but they made it stress free and smooth.
