Purchased my fk2 type r in July and drove less than 1500 miles this year and discovered a suspected oil leak from rocker cover just recently after cleaning car so contacted warranty who where very helpful and put it into Cheshire oaks Honda only to discover after there investigations and health check that it required another seven repairs doing to suspension and steering parts all overlooked or ignored by Johnson’s ! totalling a staggering £4k + in cost also needed my car for 8 days so had to walk or ask for lifts etc fortunately warranty covered this spoke to Johnson’s kind of dismissed this asked if could see report to see if they could learn from this ? told no courtesy cars all this on a Johnson’s honda used approved vehicle which I paid £19k for not happy will continue to chase this up with someone in charge .

I'd definitely recommend Johnsons Honda Wigan, the service from Jake was very professional. He made the whole process really simple and was very patient with us despite my anxiety over buying another vehicle. We had a really terrible experience with another dealership before coming to Johnson's and it was such a breath of fresh air to be treated with respect and given the time to go through things and test drive the car thoroughly. We've had our car a week now and are completely satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend buying from here and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I cannot recommend Wigan Honda enough. For the last 3 years I have used these guys for servicing and MOT. Purchased my first car from them this week. A smooth, easy process from beginning to end. No pressure to buy and a good trade in value for my car. The used car I have bought is flawless, perfect and very well prepared. The sales guy I dealt with, Josh was very helpful and I will be recommending him to all who are looking for a new car. Keep up the hard work buddy. I’ll be back when I’m looking for another car.

Just collected my nearly new Seat Ateca from Johnsons Wigan.The buying experience was pretty seamless and Josh from the sales team was excellent and pretty knowledgeable considering he was selling Honda's a few weeks earlier.On collection the car could have been a little cleaner but to be fair the guys were up against it as it was a freezing morning and the dealership is a building site. Overall a good buying experience!

I would not recommend Johnson's Honda Wigan to anyone, the service I received has been poor from start to finish, the deal offered was less favourable than other dealers, but I liked the car and went with it as they were a Honda dealer so thought they would maintain the standards portrayed by Honda, this was not the case. Communication is poor, the onus is on the customer to chase up progress and actions, but they don't answer the phones when you ring, nor are messages passed on or calls returned. Emails are not answered, I went into the showroom, because I could not get a response via any other method, once you have agreed to buy the car there is no attempt to be polite, however though this was poor enough, on the day a verbal arrangement had been made for me to collect my new car, after no response to emails I turned up at the vague time of the verbal arrangement to find that it had not been scheduled in to be collected was not taxed or prepared, this was disappointing and, as it turned out no other time had been arranged for collection, I presume that had I not been chasing it I would never have been contacted to collect the car, the salesman apologised and arranged for it to be picked up the following day, again disappointing not to get it the 1st March the first date of the 22 plate as I had thought, but irritating as this has been I agreed and Martin the salesman offered a full tank of petrol as an apology.The following day the internet was down in the showroom so again the car was not taxed and I could not pick it up . I was not informed of this until I arrived, no information on the timescale and staff were downright rude when asked. I then left without my new car again and it took a further four hours for some coordination between branches to sort out the tax on the car. The car was then delivered to my home address, to be informed that it had not been agreed through management that a tank of petrol would be given, which as the whole service has been poor throughout, the disappointment they had caused and considering that I had paid just short of £25,000 for a car with them is stingy and mean and demonstrated little concern about their reputation with customers.The salesman did give me a Honda cup and a Honda keyring the sort of thing given away for free at trade stands. Also the mats at £75 were not in the car and I" have to ring round to get this sortedI have had new cars in the past from other dealers and have found them to be helpful and explaining the function of the car on this occasion I was advised the handbook was in the boot

We recently bought a new Jazz Hybrid car and the whole buying experience was excellent. We dealt, not for the first time, with Josh and as always we found him friendly and courteous and keen to find us a good deal. Nothing is too much trouble to Josh and he made us feel really appreciated as customers. Buying a new car can be stressful but through Josh’s attention and the overall comfort and relaxation we felt in the showroom surroundings, there was no stress or pressure felt by us at any stage in the process. All the necessary Covid precautions were in place. This is the place to shop for a motor car.

In these strange times it was very well set out for Covid safety.Josh the Sales executive was brilliant really friendly and very informative.
