Overpriced, the passport photo they’ve took was not accepted in the passport application due to them not being professionally trained enough, perhaps. Then decided on wanting to charge us again for another passport photo to be taken, since the first one was not up to standards, their fault or mine? Then proceeds to charge £2 for an email. I will not come to here again, don’t worry. That’s all I have to say.Edit to reply: Firstly, you guys need to train your staff on the actual requirements of these photos so they know what is expected. Eg no hair near the ear area. This is so that they can tell their customers about this, so it will be up to standards, understood? Secondly, I did not get an email for the first time. So doesn’t that automatically mean I should get the email resent to me for the 2nd time ,instead of having to pay £2 . Thirdly, I did bring back one of the photos, the rest were not to be found. And it is of no use to me since it was NOT accepted through the passport application. You guys can keep that £2, go towards training. Thanks

I went here after being messed about by Boots. The customer service was certainly better, if a little superficial. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished product was not very sharp.

Changed almost £70 for 18 visa photos, extortionate prices...never going back to this store! In comparison to £20 for 8 at another store, I can't believe how they can charge these prices. Wished I'd seen the other reviews before going here.Editing to reply: Alison I can't complain with your service, you were very helpful, after leaving I was shocked at the price, finding out what my partner was charge at a different branch (although he didn't get copies)

Initially I was going to let my experience slide owing to the fact the lady we saw on the day was nice, but after speaking with store this morning I have changed my mind.I visited the store on Saturday with my two daughters to have passport photos taken and to use the passport service offered. While the lady we saw was absolutely lovely and friendly, I have several issues from this experience.1. I was not told how much the service would cost until it was time to pay. The service was wildly over priced for how poor it was/continues to be.2. The lady on the day's nails were ridiculous. She couldn't type and could barely use the touchscreen. This meant the application took considerably longer than it needed to. This was particularly problematic because it was such a hot day, there was nowhere to sit, no water... My daughters and I felt very unwell after the visit. There needs to be policy on this sort of thing, and better welfare provision for customers who have to wait for extended periods.3. I was not offered the opportunity to review my children's photos before they were printed and used. If I had been given the opportunity to review they are not what I would have chosen.4. Who I am assuming was the store manager got involved halfway through and completely confused the girl serving us. Her unnecessary interference almost caused a mix up in my children's passports. I'm not entirely convinced the right passports have gone with the correct applications/photos.5. One of my daughters needed to have her ID checked. I called back this morning with confirmation of which passport office to send her passport to, and spoke with an Alison Foot. She was rude and constantly spoke over me. I was not able to finish a single sentence during this phone call until I grew frustrated and called her out on this behaviour. I think she may have been the manager from Saturday. Her attitude was certainly consistent! But I'm not sure. If she is, then her role needs reconsideration as she clearly should not be providing customer service, much less managing those whom do.6. I was told on Saturday that mine and my other daughter's passport would be dispatched on Monday. During my phonecall this morning Alison mentioned that the passports were not yet dispatched because unfortunately the DPD delivery guy didn't show up". It's not my problem the DPD driver didn't turn up

Amazing customer service! Amber (the one with beautiful green / blue eyes) and Joe were so very helpful when I came in to get my disposable camera pictures developed:) it took less than an hour and my pictures were ready to be picked up and an email copy was sent also. Will definitely revisit! Xx
