Professional, really knowledgeable about the market and the area, and fantastic communication throughout all stages of both purchasing, and selling through Edkins and Holmes. Disgraceful company.I had to fight tooth and nail - via the Deposit Protection Scheme - to get my deposit back after the landlord made fictitious claims about damage to the apartment. Thankfully, the evidence I prevented was enough to get the deposit returned.The fact that I had to go to those lengths to get my own money back, and the way in which Edkins & Holmes assisted the landlord in making things as difficult as possible, shows what a poor, unethical company they are.I could namedrop individuals but I don't see the point, I can't imagine they'll be in the role much longer anyway if they treat tenants this way.I'm not the only one who has faced this issue with them. I know for sure that another scathing review will be incoming soon.

My mother's house was sold in 2 days by this very efficient, professional and friendly company. Kept informed all the way, although with no chain at either end it was completed in 11 weeks. Fantastic service. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again if I have to sell my own property. Thanks to all the staff, particularly Katie and Charlotte

Katie was very helpful with my purchase which was dream out with chain delays but kept progressing it until exchange and completion and I am happy with her efforts to keep me informed. I would readily use them should I wish to move again in the future

All the staff are extremely professional, accommodating, and responsive to my requests as a landlord while continuing to manage my properties in my best interests. We have over the years built a strong working relationship with Edkins & Holmes which has been led by Bradley Boulton the Lettings Manager who has always provided us with excellent service consistently. Amazing management from Edkins and Holmes as I havent had any issues with the property im currently a tenant at. Theyre always there if there are any problems and have answered any questions ive had as a first time tenant. They also have their own maintenance team who keep the area looking amazing. Ben Holmes who dealt with our agreement was lovely and ever so helpful! I’ve never met Richard who is one of the manor share holder but if he see’s this, thanks for all the support! Bradley and all the other staff are amazing too!

Seamless process, for us as novice landlords. Excellent customer service throughout, strong lines of communication, especially whilst finding our tenant. Competitive rates which we liked, efficient follow up to any queries. I would personally like to Thank Charlotte, Sonia, Bradley, Hedley and the rest of the Edkins and Holmes team. I have been liaising with the team for a year, regarding the sale of two of my properties. As I live out of town, I required agents that were honest, fair and easy to communicate with, due to my lack of availability to travel back and forth to these two properties, and the whole team were excellent, in addition they were all available to support, advice and never rushed conversations and discussions.The team have been responsive with all forms communication, written and verbal, they always returned my calls and messages. I always felt they were providing me with a service with a smile. The team have been nothing but fantastic, 5* from me and my family.Charlotte gave up a lot of her time to visit me at the properties, as and when I would be in the area. The lady i first dealt with was good but went on maternity leave. After that I was allocated another agent who appeared to lack any enthusiasm in the process. I felt through the process it was down to me to chase and ofter when leaving a message it didn't appear to get passed on.Whenever I have bought a property in the past I have always gone to that agent to sell...I won't be doing that with Edkins and Holmes
