Awful practice do not register . First of all I was accidentally taken of the register at this practice and was asked my reception if I changed my Gp which I didn’t at this time. Second of all I was recovering from a operation and still suffering from pain and symptoms they did not see me face to face when I asked several times and trying to explain where my pain was it was like talking to a brick wall eventually I managed to get a appointment after waiting several weeks got given medication and was told they would send this to be then told by the pharmacy they have not sent this. I rang gp to be told I have to wait on results. Lack of communication is a huge issue with this GP youl wait months for a face to face appointment. However when you are waiting to get seen for a face to face they are always over a hour delayed

On hold for over 2 hours, got to first in queue, and they just cut me off and didn't even try to take the call. And the only reason I called to begin with was because the mygp online service wasn't available to take requests. Make sure you have an entire day set aside just to even speak to someone to make an appointment if you deal with this practice

Wasted my time… no wonder they’re 2 star. Refused to prescribe me antibiotics but instead they instructed me go on a journey wasted £10 on a Uber and 5 hours of my time just for A&E to prescribe me the SAME antibiotics that the GP could have prescribed me within minutes. Thanks for that. Wasted my day. Absolutely useless.

applied to this clinic in the end of april. didn’t hear from them so in june i applied to the docs. halfway through august the docs cancelled my appointments, turns out blackfriars had me deregistered and added me to their clinic even though it had been MONTHS! and now, thanks to your utter lack of intelligence, my new clinic won’t prescribe the medication that i genuinely need to exist. if i could leave you zero stars i would. whoever registered me after months, WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST, you have literally ruined the next YEAR of my life. burn in hell. SHOCKED and DISGUSTED by this clinic. DO NOT sign up.

I've never left a google review, thought this would be my first because of how poor they are, and will give me the chance to vent my anger that I hold for this place.The registration process was a nightmare, having to fill the form multiple times and getting little to no replies from emails that I sent following up.After finally getting registered, booking an appointment was almost impossible, the Ask My GP" service doesn't work due to the practice not updating my details

Did lasting damage to my mental health. In order to access medication I was forced to go through stressful reviews every single week. They would ask invasive questions about my life for no reason and would never do anything to help regardless of how I answered. Avoid at all cost if you have any mental health struggles.

My only recommendation for this practice is find a new one ASAP. They are awful.My experiences with this GP practice have been nothing short of horrific, incorrect information given, wrong results provided, wrong prescriptions, urgent referrals not made for over a year, until the word negligent came into play. Had the practice manager shout abuse down the phone at me for making a complaint, wait times on the phone are ridiculous and that’s if they don’t cut you off.I chased literally every few weeks for over a year for my urgent referrals and kept getting told it was sorted and to just wait until I finally got to speak to the admin person and there was no record at all.Finally got a face to face appointment the other day (first one in two years). I arrived and waited for 20 minutes, so asked when I’d be seen - was told it’d be another 40 minutes as they’re delayed, didn’t inform anyone of this on arrival. I had to leave and asked the doctor to call me instead, never received a call. I currently have an infection that they’re aware of, so they really don’t care about you.They aren’t covered to provide all medical services either, found this out when trying to get vaccinations.Just moved back to my old practice and was on the phone for a totalof four minutes today, receptionist was wonderful, referral is being sorted and discussion about my infection coming this afternoon.

2 weeks wait to see a GP and then it turns out that they set the meeting time wrong(the app time was different from the one in their system somehow) and I have to either wait 2hrs or rebook for 2 more weeks later...but somehow they can call you back within a day if they deem that you don't need an in person visitthe doctors and nurses are actually nice and try to help. it's just completely understaffed for the amount of people they need to help

I have been going to this GP for almost one year and they have always solve my problem and giving me a great service and advices.Most of the time I have booked an appointment before I went to the Practise and never have any problems.Also you are able to get help through askGP really quickly.
