Attended the funeral of my mother in law here on 6th July 2018. This is a nice, peaceful location away from the main road. It is new and very clean. The chapel is very tidy and offers a perfect location. The staff were very efficient, well presented and friendly. Thanks to Gary for putting out the Order of Service and making the chapel ready to receive our party. Everything here helped us to get through a sad day. They sent a follow up letter with suggestions regarding the ashes and memorials, which was well received too. A very professional service all round.

This is a fantastic place in which to say goodbye to your loved one. The grounds are beautiful even though still being developed. The chapel is bright and just the right size so as to be intimate for the service.. After the service you exit the chapel to the floral tribute area which is, again, beautiful and serene, with a fountain.The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.. The whole experience is respectful and reassuring...

Best Crematorium I have ever been to very spacious. television screen in lobby for those not able to get in. (Thornton Crem take note) very spacious grounds outside plenty of parking..This is a credit to West Lancs

I was overwhelmed with the service & respect shown to us & mum who was cremated, as a direct cremation , I didn't know what to expect, I just waited to say goodbye & was given more than I dreamt of , a beautiful place & a beautiful peaceful goodbye x thank you

A beautiful environment where family and friends can pay their respects. Calm, peaceful, well maintained surroundings both outside and inside. The landscaping hiding the car parks and main road from view.
