Like their products, but everytime you go in there, they try to get you to get the membership card, that they claim is free, until they charge you for it along with your purchase, so it clearly isn't free and just straight out lie to try and get a card sale

Every product is fabulous plus the staff is very helpful and polite !I have been using body shop products for a very long time and have always found them to be great. The products are a bit expensive but they do last a long time and are great for your skin. They also give you free samples if you want to try before you commit to buying a whole bottle / jar of a new product. Some products I love are the sea weed scrub , drops of youth serum, the Vitamin e night cream. I recently got the vitamin C liquid peel and the charcoal mask and both are fabulous ! Oh and how can I forget the insta blur !! This is truly a super product. You must try this primer, it's like Photoshop for Ur face. I could go on and on. If you are in two minds, do go and try out the products I'm sure you will not leave empty handed.

I love the body shop and purchase stuff in there on a regular basis but i am very disappointed with the staff as purchased items with my gift card and asked them to pay half on gift card and half by cash. But then then tossed the gift card in the bin and claimed that i had to pay all by cash and refused to give me my change. Very disappointed as I got the gift card for my birthday! I will not be entering that shop again.

Decent staff really make the shopping experience so much better and the Body Shop staff were very helpful indeed. Excellent.

Popped in with no idea what to buy as a gift. Staff are lovely and helpful and don’t apply any pressure to buy anything, but are happy for you to sample. They let the obvious quality of the products on show speak for themselves. Also very clever upselling - they will suggest items that pair perfectly with what you’ve chosen. Will be returning in the future!

every time i go into the body shop here is great! the employees are super friendly and kind, and even gave me samples of a product i was interested in to try first!

The new look makes the shop welcoming and spacious. As always, staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The refilling stations are welcoming great step towards the general welfare of our planet.
