Cleaning Prestige LTD

My home was cleaned to a very high standard on the deep clean. This standard has been maintained throughout the weekly standard cleans. When I have requested a particular one-off task, these too, have been performed beautifully to the same high standard.I am very happy to recommend Prestige Cleaning in the strongest possible terms.

Lied about being in my house for 90 mins when the door sensors prove he was in there for 71 minutes!Terrible experience with this company. Let down twice at extremely short notice and then when I dared to question what was conducted during a 3 hour clean as my downstairs loo was filthy, sink hadn’t been touched and there was still debris on the kitchen units so felt it was a 2 hour clean at best I was bombarded with abusive messages and threats of not returning my house key until I paid the remaining hour that they claimed they did. Ridiculous responses to my complaints such as ‘we can’t clean your downstairs loo as you only have an upstairs loo brush’ absolutely insane. He then proceeded to call me ‘mental’ and ‘unstable’ and refused to return my house key. I had to find his address on companies house and go round to get my key. I paid the additional £15 as wasn’t worth the hassle. I only held it back so I could have a little leverage to work with as he was refusing to return my key. Felt intimidated and vulnerable as a single parent who lives alone. Don’t recommend them and would caution anyone who decides to use them. What they did clean they cleaned well but a business really shouldn’t react that way to criticism and have the cheek to demand money off me that they knew they hadn’t earned as they did not spend 90 minutes in my house

Absolutely fantastic cleaning company, professional and friendly. Tom was accommodating and flexible (I moved house half way through the booking!!) The regular clean i booked turned into a deep clean with single oven just before christmas and he still fitted it in! Extremely high standard of cleaning, no corner missed and the house is shining like a new pin. A great job. Thank you.

I have been using this firm approximately once a month since early 2021. In that time, on three occasions, they have let me down by not turning up. They have had staff issues, car issues, etc. On each occasion I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rearranged the clean.However, last Friday (and despite my contacting them on the Wednesday to check they would be here, and them assuring me that they would) they once again, failed to arrive.Worse than that, was the fact that they made no contact to explain the reason why. I am a reasonable person and I understand that issues arise, so I messaged them to see if something untoward had happened. I heard nothing back, so I wondered if there had been a medical or family issue. My messages were polite and non confrontational even though I was extremely annoyed that this had happened for the third time in a row.I heard nothing all weekend and so was starting to think that there was indeed something wrong. Then, they made a jovial competition post on their Facebook page. Seemingly, all was well, yet still they had not had the courtesy to respond to my query about their company simply not arriving as arranged. Once again, I used Messenger to enquire exactly what had gone wrong and asked them to do me the courtesy of a reply.At the point of writing this review they have still failed to respond.During the period that they did do the job, we always paid them an extra amount to what they asked for, as we understand this is a large house. We feel we have been more than fair with them and appreciative of their services.Sadly, after writing a positive google review (as they requested) I have now had to delete it. I feel it is important that Google reviews are accurate and reflect the reality of a customer's experience.As customers, I feel we have been treated extremely badly by Prestige Cleaning Ltd and cannot, in all conscience, allow my previous misleading positive review to stand.We have found Prestige Cleaning Ltd to be unreliable and unprofessional in their dealings with clients. It would have taken minutes to respond to any one of my messages, but they failed to do so. Instead, choosing to promote their business via Facebook.I would certainly not recommend Prestige Cleaning Ltd. to others.Edit to respond to owner response.This was not a one off, this was the third time this has happened.It would have taken a second or two to let us know what was going on.Anyone who is employed would have to take the time to let their employer know they had an issue which prevented them working.Customers are entitled to a similar courtesy. Twice.This was the third time.I don't think it is unreasonable to expect some contact when it is the third occasion. How many other customers have you let down three times and found them to be as understanding on the third occasion as they were on the first or second occasions? Very few I suspect.I messaged at 11pm (after 3 earlier messages had gone unanswered) because that was when the Facebook update appeared. I had no idea you were not doing the updates personally, how could I?You may not like my review, but you asked me to leave one on here when I was satisfied with your service. After 3 missed cleans would you not expect the review/satisfaction score to change?On Facebook when I asked for recommendations for a new cleaner I did not appreciate your comment. Nor did Standish forum, who removed it.In that post I did not mention the name of your company, the issue or shared this review. I chose not to do that. My aim is not to ruin your reputation, but to assist understanding. You have not apologised.You posted on Facebook about football on Friday, but were unable to contact me. Customers can decide if my review is reasonable, and also judge your response.

So so pleased with our maintenance clean and then deep clean.Our home isn’t the quickest or easiest to clean but I’ve been impressed both times!Prestige Cleaning are thorough, meticulous to detail and have great communication.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I use Prestige for my house cleaning. They are great. They turn up on time, communicate well, never accept a brew whilst they work and they do a great job of cleaning, especially our shower glass, and my floor has never been cleaner. Would highly recommend, they are a lovely friendly team.

Can’t thank Prestige enough. I have been trying to find a good and reliable cleaner for some time and Prestige fit the bill.
