He refused to answer/return four phone messages I left ie two in advance of the day arranged, two on the day itself. I made a special visit to the Island for the chimney to be swept so was £40+ out of pocket for someone who did not turn up. I never received a phone call to explain why. There may well have been a valid reason, but as there was no courtesy call or explanation, as far as I'm concerned, I would not recommend this company.
