Extremely passionate about animals and ensuring the wellbeing,I inquired late in the evening @ 1030pm was offered an appointment at 1015 am the next day..Kind, considerate and was very patient with my nervous and frightened dog, didn't rush applying the medication and was very informative of how to apply the medication myself.I can't thank them enough.An outstanding vets throughout who genuinely care about the animals they help.

Giving 1 star as I can't leave less than this, we took our dog there today and without warning or requesting permission took her inside for a pregnancy test which we had no idea what it consisted of when we knew was impossible for our dog to be pregnant. Charged us 90£ for a scan which we didn't give consent to and even wrostshaved her belly again without asking or making us aware a complete lack of care and respect. Just made us felt assaulted and paid for the worst service we ever had by a vet. Do not recomend at all.

Great little vets surgery in Yatton. Easily accessible parking and bus stop right outside. The staff are very friendly and polite. We visited for our cat to be spayed, very happy with the service and care and will be bringing our pets back again!

Brilliant vets. Service has never been anything less than perfect, staff are all lovely and friendly and we could not be happier to be with them. Our lab LOVES going there and we love knowing we are in such good hands too.

Shaun and the team have been fantastic looking after our elderly family pet over recent years.Sadly we had to say goodbye last week and I cannot speak highly enough of Emily and Libby who came to the house for us. Both were kind and caring and made a difficult time a little bit easier through their care.Highly recommend.

Great vet practice.Care and attention at all levels, vets, nurses and reception.Genuinely care about the animals.Sadly had to have my elderly spaniel put to sleep last week Vet Emily and nurse Libby were so professional, caring and empathetic - they came to our house and helped to make a traumatic decision as painless as possible.Thank youHighly recommendedHelen Jeffers
