I can't praise this lovely company highly enough. From the responsive answer to an enquiry, easy booking with really helpful information given and no request too difficult for them. The staff are all so kind and generous with their willingness to provide you with the best service possible. I've rarely experienced such a high standard of professionalism, expertise and customer service. Definitely recommend!!

Very happy with my cars windscreen replacement. Called around a bit as my insurers choice was taking ages so needed to find one which could do it quickly.From first impressions they stood out as were polite on phone and generally well mannered.I specifically wanted a genuine BMW windscreen and they provided it very quickly arranged an appointment at my convenience then first thing in the morning two fitters came and literally within 20 mins it was all done. Great guys btw.I’m very happy and would definitely recommend

If I could I would put a minus star.Windscreen had been fitted at my street and the edge of one side nearly touches the edge of the car so the opposite side has plenty of gap.Then technician tells you that he works with a 2mm tolerance.SCRATCHED the car few times on the bonnet and around the plastics clips! By the way they were not putting back correctly.They wanted to polish it but I rather would not take any gamble..!Technician went back to check my statement and I had to deal with somebody unprofessional and cocky. Agree disagree for the worst scratches which were very obvious, that they are brand new ones.Very disappointed without mentioning the fact that they had fitted a cheap brand of windscreen (Lucas).I would never have contacted them on the first hand but I had to deal with CARGIANTwhich I am not surprised of dealing with these sort of company.Avoid at any price!

As the only company on the market that has guaranteed me such excellent customer service. From the phone call to the company to the moment when the technician appeared, it didn't take more than 2 hours. I can’t recommend My Car Glass highly enough after my recent experience in London.After waking up to discover a smashed drivers side window on holiday in the UK I needed a quick fix as we were due to leave London for a wedding the next day.I called and spoke to Andy who calmly coordinated an emergency call out as I sourced the window from a BMW dealer. He communicated clearly and succinctly during what was a very stressful day for me.Turning up in central London on a busy Friday afternoon to make the repairs, Rob thoroughly cleaned out all of the smashed glass from the car and did a fantastic job. He was totally professional from start to finish.Thank you so much for your patience and kindness, I am so very grateful to be back on the road again!You both are a real credit to your company. :)

I had my front passenger window fixed by My Car Glass over a month ago, and I can certainly state that they’ve done a fantastic job! I have absolutely no problem with the new installment.What made the whole experience 5 star to me is that unlike many other places, the phone was picked up straight away and we have arranged the fitting the NEXT morning at MY house. All I had to do for the fixing is to give my key to My Car Glass professional for 30 minutes. Then he texted me once it was all done (with Cleaning!!!).Would 100% recommend!
