Tried to contact this company as they did a report on my sofa on behalf of loomloft the agent Robin informed me the many faults found and asked as this being the second sofa if I would like a refund I replied yes.Customer service at loom loft said this is not in the report.So I called Robin several times plus chat,and email .No response !!!!!!!I was informed by loomloft he put that all cushions to be replaced,independent I think not awful tactics shame on you.Mrs vivien matz.
