Highly recommend Alexander Carpets! A great range range of high quality options, and Nick is very knowledgeable and helpful.Nick was able to fit us in quickly, meaning we had carpets for Christmas which was fantastic. His fitter and carpenter were also excellent. Overall great value and service, much better than the corporate carpet companies. We will definitely use them again.

Nick did a great job with our new-build house. The carpets are amazing quality and the vinyl parts which I had custom fitted matches our kitchen and bathrooms perfectly. We had a couple of snags in the journey but Nick went above and beyond and delivered an excellent service overall, couldn't be happier. Sometimes it’s not about the mistakes but how you deal with them that counts and for that reason I would recommend Alexander Carpets to anyone. Can't beat, good, local trade.

We had our stairs, landing and bed-rooms fitted with a pale beige carpet.Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable and let us take a selection of samples home to help us choose a carpet as well as advising us on the best type of carpet for our needs/budget.The fitter was great, very efficient and polite and left the house looking clean and tidy after he left (despite having to take a number of doors off and plane them down!). I cannot fault him at all.The carpet looks and feels great and we were particularly impressed that the underlay provided was of superior quality.Overall very happy and impressed with Nick and the team, thank you!

Excellent service. Nick has been very helpful and worked with us. When Richard come out and fitted the carpet he worked with us with what had to be done first. His work is exceptional. Would highly recommend this company

Excellent service from start to finish. Nick was knowledgable and helpful, answering numerous questions, yet leaving me in peace to look at carpets and decide. 2 carpets bought to be fitted to 2 rooms, stairs and landing on the same day the following week. A delay our end meant the second could not be fitted for a few weeks after the first-but Nick was very accommodating during this time which helped a lot. Richard the fitter was just great, and we are very happy- plus did not have to pay over the odds for all this as the prices compared well with other quotes. Thoroughly recommend.

Had carpets fitted in 4 bedrooms, 2 landings and 2 lots of stairs. Fantastic service from start to finish and the fitter was professional and went out of his way to ensure a perfect job throughout. Would highly recommend!

I have been buying my carpets from Nick at Alexander Carpets for at least 30 years and have always received an excellent service. I have just had new carpets fitted in my lounge and master bedroom and continue to be pleased with everything from the ordering, delivery and fitting by Richard who has done a great job - turning up on time and cleaning up afterwards. They even took the old carpets away for the Salvation Army to recycle!

Nick did a fantastic job in carpeting our house. Knowledgeable, professional and factual and at a good price. Richard fitted our carpets and was fabulous too. Doing business with local traders just can't be beat as they really value their customers. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
