Stuart is the S and C guru. Started 1 to 1's 3 months ago and I have lost 18 lbs. More importantly, I'm fitter and stronger. I no longer lag in the afternoons at work and far more productive as well. The sessions are varied; no two are the same. I only wish I had started sooner. James

I’ve been training at alliance boxing club for over a year, and been trained by Stuart Blamire one of the coaches in that time. The goal from the start was to lose weight which I have done, but also I’ve gained confidence and had fun while doing it.Highly recommend this gym. Great staff and clean facilities.

An absolutely fantastic gym: incredibly friendly and encouraging with every session being constantly varied. This gym is much more than just an ordinary gym. It provides a form of therapy and an emotional outlet not just fitness. I can honestly say this gym has massively improved my life.

There are no half measures with Stuart, he will drive you to work your hardest with a good range of workouts (weights, boxing, HIIT etc.). Stuart is knowledgeable and can advise on a range of fitness needs. We have seen a dramatic increase in fitness levels and would highly recommend booking a session with him - you always receive a full hour of training.

I've been training at Alliance for about a year and love it there. Very professionally run but down to earth at the same time. It's a bit late in life for me to think about amateur boxing but the beginners class is still a great twice-weekly routine for me and killer workouts every time. Simon and Stuart are great coaches and really helped me in the run up to a recent charity fight. Highly recommend!

This club changed my life- I went to get fit but its given me so much more! Its improved my mental health providing an outlet for stress and I've made friends for life. It's a family and feels great to be part of the community ...much more than just a gym.
