Glenn captured footage at our wedding in 2017. He has ignored all means of contact. We have contacted our bank for refund, and no luck. We have also informed the police through Action Fraud and I urge anyone in the same position to report this too!

Do not use Glenn Waterman! He is a scammer and will just take your money then ignore your calls and emails. There are many people who he has just taken their money and either not turned up or not produced a wedding video for them. Glenn actually turned up to our wedding however he has now not responded to any of calls or emails. We so devastated that we will never get a video for our wedding.
