Sadly my cat was stressed due to a dog approaching her in her carry case.Sadly dog owners do not keep them on a tight lead.With regard to the vet, brilliant couldn't be more caring. Thank You.

We took our cat to Mainstone Vets. They are probably the nicest surgery we have ever taken our pets. Honestly I wish our GPs surgery and staff was this nice . Our cat was right at home instantly and she is very twitchy.

We have both cats and dogs with these guys and they have taken exceptionally good care of us for a long time. The vets, nurses and admins are all great folk and all extremely good in their own way. Would highly recommend.

We took our 10 week old puppy for his booster and health check yesterday and we’re very happy with the experience for him (and us).All the reception staff made a fuss of Ronnie, which he loved, and Hazel the vet was very kind and knowledgeable. Hazel took the time to explain the treatment we had yesterday and everything we needed to know going forward.We are happy to recommend Mainstone Veterinary Clinic from our first experience.

We transferred our elderly Collie to Mainstone in November when her vet moved to the practice. Our first impressions on visiting were that there was a strong sense of caring and genuine interest in both our dog and us. We lost our ‘old girl’ in January and could not have thanked both Tristram and Emma enough for coming to put her to sleep at home. It meant a great deal. When we rescued our latest Collie in June , we did not hesitate in registering her with Mainstone . We’d rather drive over to Romsey than return to the local practice. Mainstone may not be ‘all singing and dancing’ with hi tech screens in the waiting room etc. What matters is the service offered and the staff that provide care for our animals and also support for their owners. Well done Mainstone continue the good work. We hope our current association with you will be longer.

Professional and compassionate vets, nurses and admins. They always put the pet’s interest first and gave practical consultation and treatments at reasonable fees. Special thanks to Dr Emma for staying late to treat Rose’s emergency and Dr Laura for helping Candice on her last journey with us. They are the best vet clinic we have ever brought our pets to. Would highly recommend.

The vets and staff are great. My dog felt comfortable when he was being examined and this was down to the Vet making him feel safe. Would highly recommend.
