Very obliging, extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. Found the staff very informative and knowledgeable, as a single father, needed all the help I could get, and thankfully, they obliged.

I have been to Pts many times over the years having 3 children.We have always found the staff very helpfull and knowledgable and seem to know the sizes my children need sraight away!

I found no issues. Walked in days before school term started after realising we had no uniform for our kids first day in school.Had everything in stock. Price i assume was great, it didn't hurt my wallet anyway!I was in there for 5 minutes and had everything done and dusted.I will see you next year! :D

Not a good way to speak to a family who's first time buying school wear, moody / grumpy lady bring stock in,Don't get why they advertise Radcliffe Hall but don't stock there uniformThe lady who was in the back was very helpful and advised used to go to another shop in bury

Very Expensive. Bought new uniform. Which really isn't worth the money. The jumpers at £13 a pop have bobbled after the first wash. Also lots of colour came out and it was hand washed. Rang the store to be told you shouldn't use softer, which it states on the label. Which it actually doesn't. And on line it advises to use softener if bobbling occurs. They really don't care, staff are rude!

I spent over £150 pounds here in July on my son's high school uniform. Yesterday as I got his uniform out for the start of school I reslised I'd been given black instead of grey trousers. Luckily I'd kept a pair of last years trousers or he'd have had none for his first day back at school! I rang the store and left a message and after no call back I rang again.I was offered no apology and told by the lady to bring them back then so they could be changed if they had the same size in. When I explained that I wasn't happy she replied that there wasn't much she could do about it. She was rude and unhelpful; after all this was their mistake. A simple apology would have a gone a long way. I will no longer shop here. Awful customer service.... .avoid!!!!!!!

Horrible people bad customer service and bad quality uniform

Very poor, I purchased two new skirts after feb break for my daughter, very expensive and both zips have broken, the garments are poor quality. i rang to explain they were used for a couple of weeks before lockdown and checked them today both zips just coming apart, she is back in school on Monday. First they asked if i had the receipt i said i would check but was then told as i bought them in February they would do nothing even though they have been worn only a couple of occassions. The staff and manager were extremely unhelpful.

Very disappointed in the Manager at Radcliffe. I called the shop to ask for the price and stock of the St Monica's new school skirt, and was told £19.99. I went to pick up two skirts and was charged £25 each. I begged the Manager to honor the quoted price, but she refused, blaming her staff for the mistake. As a result, I was ripped off to the tune of £50.I have since learned that the drop box pleated skirt is available in most supermarkets (£9-£11), Next and M&S (£11.50), and Shein (£9.50). Please don't waste your hard-earned money on these rip-off merchants. They don't deserve it.Update: Someone called me after I left this review and said that they were in charge of it all" but they were not the owner. Despite writing this review and discussing the issues
