I have had a brilliant experience with Reed in partnership. My coach Alex, was amazing, supportive and extremely helpful. He helped me polish my CV and Interview skills, and I went from applying to jobs with no success, to getting interviews, to finally landing the perfect job. Reed in Partnership is an outstanding resource for people willing to progress in their careers. I came to know about Reed in Partnership thanks to the Work Routes scheme. My assigned counsellor was Alex Cook and I can't thank him enough for his time and support. I am coming off a long career break and had just begun looking for jobs when the pandemic closed down everything and opportunities vanished. After a year of hopelessly applying for hundreds of jobs I was almost ready to give up and go back to being a homemaker when I was referred to Alex. He went above and beyond to help me with advice and practical plans, and most importantly he helped me rebuild my confidence. Though I found my new job independently, thanks to an application I had made before I met him, his tips on interviews and practice tests were invaluable and will be useful when I look for another job.
