Had an unexpected MOT failure at another garage and needed to get the work completed quickly, especially as I rely on the car. Had a quick quote over the phone and was able to take car to be checked for an issue they needed to see before quoting. Booked in and all sorted satisfactorily, pleased with the price and speed. Will definitely be using in future as good to have a reliable garage locally.

As a single woman with no clue about cars I can highly recommend Tom & his team. Tom is very trustworthy & explains things in simple English & doesn't confuse you with mechanical jargon.

Booked myself in for a service, messaged them on Google Maps and they called me back the next day.I lived close by, so they collected and returned my car.Mechanic who did my service was very pleasant, clearly passionate about cars, and treated mine with courtesy.They even replaced missing screws on the engine cover (underneath the car) as part of the service, which may sound small, but really shows how much they care.For the excellent service, and competitive labour rate, I couldn't recommend SAS autos enough.

I was visited two weeks ago and again visited last week had problems found particular matter sensor temperature circuit on my hyundai i30 they just delete the faulty code from computer and charged me £90 engine faulty code came back with in 24 hours problems still same very expensive shop totally disappointed no recommend, no more ...

First the good bits. Took my wife's car to have her brakes fixed. Excellent job done, great customer service. Decided to make this her mechanic, could drop the car and pick it up easily. Took it for her MOT. Again, fixed a reflector, great customer service couldn't fault them. Was preparing to book in for a full service. Then the bad bit. 2 weeks after, my wife received a parking ticket for when the car was with SAS for the MOT. OK, I thought, mistakes happen, easy fix, nice guys, will just go tell them, ask them to sort it. The attitude changed at this point. I brought the ticket in today, after raising an appeal with the parking company. (Gave evidence it was with SAS) Asked if they would pay it if the appeal was lost, got a definite no. I was very disappointed, to say the least. They seem like excellent mechanics, no complaints there, but you don't expect to take your car for an MOT, and get a parking ticket, and then to have those responsible refuse to pay it. God knows what they were doing with my wife's car whilst it was there to get a ticket. Left the car at 8:30am picked it up at about 12:55. Ticket was for between 10:30 am and 12:58. Can only think they drove it out, then back in, got caught by the camera doing this, then of course, when I drove it out, euro Park think its been on their car park the whole time. (They share an access road) but they didn't want to listen. Oh well, hopefully, the appeal will go well. If not, it's then the fine will build up and I will let the small claims court decide responsibility, with the abundance of evidence in my favour. Shame, like I said. They seem like excellent mechanics.Update. MFG state they have now cancelled this ticket. I would advise that if you take your vehicle to any company that shares the access road with the petrol station, that you ensure that you go in and give them your details. I believe they are meant to record them anyway. This seems to have not been done on this occasion. I still hold that SAS could have dealt with this better, but as stated before, as a garage and mechanics, there are no complaints.

The experience bringing my car into that garage has become a nightmare!I took my car there to sort out air blowing through the vents and ended up paying over £200 and not even fixing it mentioning that dealing with branded cars costs more money thinking that I don’t know already, but pathetic.They are so unprofessional and have no idea to deal with newer cars.Instead of checking the blowing motor ,they have changed a part which was working fine.Went to another garage and find out that only few leafs were stuck inside the motor and after clearing it it worked fine.Also they have stripped down the dashboard to replace that part while they can check or change anything by just opening the bonnet.They have refuse to refund my money and took it to Ombudsman where I hope justice will be made! Total waste of time and mine! Avoid it!

Booked in for an MOT. Was slightly nervous as I had to drop the car off by myself (as a woman), but received excellent service and very good customer service. Will definitely be using SAS autos as my mechanic for the future!

Friendly, helpful, communicative, honest garage. Had MOT/Full Service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to Dean, Rachel & Pete for making me feel so welcome. I will be using regularly in future.
