Mike couldn't be more helpful.After purchasing the paint that we felt had too much shine from somewhere else the week before, we decided to try'The Dulux Decorator Centre Oldham'.After getting advice from Mike he explained he could match the colour we had previously bought exactly to the paint colour we needed in matt that we wanted rather than eggshell which for us had too much of a shine for what we wanted for our wall panelling.We went home and brought the original paint pot and a piece of wood of the colour we needed back to the store.He did a colour match for us and it recommended a bespoke colour that we could purchase, exact match to what we needed.Nothing was too much trouble for him.Very helpful, friendly, very informative and knowledgeable.We will definitely make The Dulux Decorator Centre our first point of call for paint in the future.Mike is a credit to your company.

I’ve been using the Oldham branch for some time now and on the whole the team are pretty experienced and super friendly especially Damen. However on the last three visits to the store I’ve been served by the most unhelpful and miserable woman I’ve come across in a long time. She has zero customer service skills and would prefer to argue with you before offering friendly advice. Seems to me it’s like a battle she chooses just so she can tell you about her decorating business she claims to run. As a customer my needs are fairly easy to meet, smile, be friendly, offer advice when asked and deliver a fast easy transaction, she meets none of those. Can someone at Dulux please take her to one side and give her some training, ask her to smile at customers and keep her opinions to her self.
