Have waited a full year to take my test and the examiner was in a terrible mood even before we entered the car...I failed due to 2 serious marks...one was driving 34mls in a 30...I put my hand ✋ up to thatThe second was a woman has to break on the first roundabout because I cut her off...It was EMPTY no cars no incoming traffic... nothing..very unprofessional very rude now I have to wait another 6mths to take again...

Examiner called SARAH is absolutely disgraceful with how she talks to learners and makes them feel really uncomfortable, shouldn’t be in this job !

My gf had her test but forgot her provisional and the woman there wouldn't wait just 10 minutes until I dropped it off because 'she would have to go on her break a bit later' I know my gf shouldn't have forgotten her provisional but for one her instructor forgot to mention to her she needs it and I'd think some people would have the decency to at least wait for someone for 10 minutes if that. Joke of a place. Had my test there a while back and spoke to me like dirt

Waited 6+ months for a test date due to covid backlogs. Turned up and 10mins before the test was about to start examiner says due to bad weather we've had to cancel. It was literally a bit of rain & wind. The roads were full of drivers. He then dismissed me and said sorry

I had a good experience!It was professional, my exam was at 9:17 and the instruct came at 9:22. I did my automatic driving test. The examiner was really good! He wasn’t serious, neither smiling. He kept a poker face on, but wasn’t scary at all!! He explained things very nice and clear, I gave him the ride of my life! This is my first time attempting the test and I was happy with their service. Thank you!

Appalling service with aggressive and unpleasant examiners. Some of the examiners seem to legitimately be sadists who derive pleasure from the pain of others.

I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of the examiners (Chadderton Test Centre). One in particular is a dark haired woman who feels the need to fail learner drivers for faults that she THINKS that they'll do not even what they have actually done. This demonstrates a true lack of experience in this job and I recommend for her to find another occupation. Furthermore, her attitude and way of speaking to others shows a genuine lack of respect and I'm utterly disappointed someone like her would even be hired as an examiner. God forbid that you are an ethnic minority as well, as she may even fault you for that too. The disrespect she had from the moment she saw me before I had even gotten behind the wheel was an experience that I wouldn't even wish upon my worst enemy. I have heard the same from other learner drivers also, about this same woman. She has even gone so far as to snap at people just for not having a pen. A literal pen. It's ridiculous. If you find you are at Chadderton Test Centre with a dark haired woman with a face plastered with makeup, you better pray to whichever God you believe in, as you'll need all the help you can get. Don't let people like her demoralise you, just focus on driving safe and you'll get there in the end. Good luck to every learner out there.
