The start of May asked for a Lawnmower service. Dropped off and no word 3.5 months. Only contact was when I rang up for a progress update( after 4 weeks was the first call... Reasonable I thought)and was told they would contact me when ready... didn't happen. Then to be told it's ready to collect on my most recent call and the price is £170( I wasn't informed of the extent of the work required). More than the lawnmower is worth based on a quick internet search. I had high hopes for this place but sadly I'm very disappointed. It would be one star but if they are to be believed they have struggled for staff but that doesn't excuse the poor communication and large bill without consultation
