Huge international transaction fees. And if that was not enough, had problems using both my credit and debit cards while traveling despite setting up travel notice and talking multiple times and at great cost to several bank representatives and reporting problems. Leaving it as soon as I get back to the US.

Attended interview at BAML London HQ however no show. Arrived at 8:45am and asked for Interviewer (Senior VP) at main reception. Receptionist failed to get hold of interviewer (after several calls, voicemails, emails) so was told to wait on sofas (waiting area) and come back in 10mins to retry getting hold of interviewer. Again no response. Eventually left building at 9:20am to return to work.Received call from in-house recruitment and advised interviewer out of office and a delegate has been assigned to conduct interview however they failed to communicate this to me.In-house recruitment then re-arranged interview as telephone interview which lasted 30mins, which went well. 3 weeks later was told that they have decided to go ahead with another candidate.Recruitment team hard time get hold of for updates and very unprofessional as no call backs or responses to voicemail or emails.

utterly unbelievable, plenty of phone numbers that are dead. Bank of America no phone contact. I will look elsewhere to deposit my money. quite oblivious The Bank dose that dose not talk or wants money!!! thanks for wasting my time.

Absolutely horrible customer service and hidden fees for international payments. Please be aware and stay far far away.

Do go and have a look at the Roman Wall remains in the basement. No fees apply, but booking required. There is actually a decent little museum to see.

Great caring financial institution with high level of ethics.

As a guest/visitor - Great reception area, friendly staff and the coffee was lovely

terrible bank. Not communicating for months.The sausage store will answer the mail faster than this bank.
