Had a great experience today the staff member I believe Keith was the one who served me, great attention to my needs and nunerous questions and me moaning about the prices but he ad ised why it was priced like that, he helped me with everything from checking my bags in and pointing me to where i was going and best way to get there and he was even still there to help me check my bags out later on, will be definitely use this service again.

Great experience in storing our baggage with Bruce. Bruce is very nice, patient and helpful. Picking up is quick and smooth. Thank you Bruce!

Went there last week with a friend visiting the UK for the first time. Two members of staff. One was fine but the guy with glasses was hostile and rude from the moment we came in. Even mocked my friend’s English. Would not recommend to visitors.

Very rude. Said they were full (which I understand) and when I politely asked if they can advise alternatives, the one with glasses simply laughed at my face and started gesturing to his other colleague. Unprofessional. Also to mention no one was queueing behind me so it wasn’t busy.

The location is good.When we dropped the bags off, the staff member seemed more interested in doing a comedy routine than actually helping. He said they'd be open till 11pm next day.We were catching the sleeper train a day later. I checked that afternoon how long they'd be open. Till 11"

Complete waste of time. We had a couple of hours spare in Edinburgh and paid £15 for 2 bags to be stored. However, after waiting 20 minutes in a line, we gave up and took our bags with us. Although after e-mailing customer service, they provided a refund.

BUYER BEWARE: the time slots you book online for mean little, because it's actually the total amount of time that you're paying for. Therefore, if you check in your luggage 2 min. earlier than the time slot, you will need to come back for it that much earlier if you don't want to pay double. Actually, you should come back 10 min before your total time expires, because there may be a queue and any delay will be paid by you at the moment when you check out.It's really bad practice to not point this out to customers when they check in their bags, and clearly a way for the company to earn extra money. It is being half-transparent by design. If the company isn't happy with the rates they're getting, they may want to consider: a. making it really clear when customers need to return for their luggage if they want to avoid an extra payment, b. a more flexible check-out time of 4 or 10 minutes.

This place was recommended by customers on Bounce (the app you use for finding storage spots). First of all, we were not expecting these prices, because the app shows that you only pay 5£ for 1pc of luggage, however in the reality it is 15£ (regardless the size) which is crazy!Let’s blame the creators of this useless app for the incorrect info. But how about the rudeness of the staff? The guy was at least okay, but the female staff was very rude from the beginning, did not even smile to us. We were already tired of carrying the luggage and as we were shocked by the prices for a moment we just needed to decide if it would worth it, and there wasn’t a line behind us at all. And what we heard was “are you leaving them or not?!” in a very rude tone. I understand that everyone might have a bad day, but the fact that she was smiling to her colleagues all the time shows that the problem was us..From what I saw in the previous comments as well, I would really recommend them to take the customer care seriously and improve their soft skills. Not everything is about making money and should not be especially when you charge 3x higher than the other places. And no one deserves their one-day trip to be affected by your attitude.

We prebooked 2 bags for under 3 hours and had no issues. Things to be aware of that we learned after we arrived. They are at platform 2, not 19 as in the directions. There was a queue when we arrived, however, since we prebooked, there was another very short queue for us. There are no signs, except by the front door. If you're in the long queue, you won't see the sign.They do have different pricing based on time.

The prices are extortionate. As an alternative there is a hostel a couple of minutes walk away on Cockburn Street where you can store luggage for the day at one third of the price.
