Student Haus Liverpool

Repeat tenants who shout and scream until the early hours of the morning, play loud music and be a general nightmare all mid week.4 of them currently in a 2/3 bed converted house it seems like.Calls from neighbours have not been passed on or the tenants don't care as it continues.Probably great to rent a property from these if you are a student, pretty lax rules.

To be totally transparent, this piece isn’t about the Liverpool branch, but it’s the same manager, directors and CEO over the whole Mistoria group of companies, of which the Liverpool branch of Student Haus is a part (and all of the Google reviews have strangely disappeared for theSalford branch and for Mistoria estate agents). I really had a great experience with Mistoria since day 1 ,I rented a room in shared house and Julie , the property manager made everything smooth from the start , She was always kind and provided us with what we needeed. I highly recommend Mistoria if you are looking for a shared house in Liverpool area

Have dealt with Mistoria for about a year now. Would highly recommend them. Julie has been wonderful from the start with the application process to the end of tenancy by returning the full deposit amount. I am very happy with the agency and would definitely go back to them in future. They are highly professional and very reasonable. Thank you.

The nicest estate agents ever. They look after their tenants and are a pleasure to chat to. They made my first year living in my own house a straight-forward stress-free time, I loved it that much I renewed my tenancy. Hats off to Julie in particular who has been a delight from day one. Can’t recommend Mistoria enough !

**Edited: The estate agent I am with is Mistoria in Liverpool. The website states you are part of the Mistoria group and based in Liverpool?Worst estate agent (Liverpool branch). Awful communication and organisation. Left our house with a leak and flooded kitchen (which spread to the living room) for 8 weeks, poor communication and lots of issues. Eventually got it sorted after threatening to take this to the property ombudsman. I tried to just forget about it and move on after this and didn’t write a review, as I was just glad it was over and trusted it was a one off issue. But further issues still after this only weeks later, with them wanting to come and inspect the house after the repair was done (which we were completely fine with). Numerous days taken off work for this, for them to not attend and leave us waiting in all day each time. Each time just to rebook again and not turn up, no call to apologise they couldn’t attend. I was told they was coming out again today at 1-3:30pm (bear in mind this is weeks and weeks after the leak now), no one arrived and I’ve not heard anything from them. Badly run and organised. Avoid this company, really not worth all the hassle, much better estate agents out there. I’m writing this review in the hope that no one else has to go through the stress I have had to with this company.

I would not recommend Mistoria Estate agents to anyone. I lived in Mistoria property a couple of years back. When we arrived, there was a bin bag in the living room with the last tenants broken stereo, crumbs in the draws, no working burglar alarm, plug sockets hanging off the wall and it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. We were promised that the walls would be painted and that it would be cleaned. Neither seemed to have occurred - there were various marks on the wall from previous tenants. It then took maintenance 5-6 weeks to fix all the problems we had which is ridiculous. To top it all off, when we left the property, Mistoria charged us 25 pound for blue tac marks which were already there in the first place. If they'd actually been bothered to paint the walls, they would have noticed that. Easy way to make money - keep blaming tenants for marks on the wall that were there before we even arrived. Disgraceful.Furthering on from this - I did write a bad review on the mistoria website a few months after I left but it was 'mysteriously' deleted - probably due to the fact you advertise 'winning a giftcard' from writing reviews.Also excessive damage" is a bit of a joke - there were blue tac marks on the wall when I arrived that hadn't been painted over. I left two or three white tac on the walls. It's hardly excessive damage.My other housemates perhaps didn't complain - but I know they made several requests for things to be fixed in the house which took months to actually come through. Of course you're going to say they aren't factually correct - why would you admit to your mistakes?"

Would not recommend using, not enjoyed my experience with the company . Posted a previous negetive review, which i expanded on my negetive experience, which i have now deleted as I felt intimidated by there responce privately, in which they had told me they reported me to the police for posting my negetive experience due to it being targeted, however the two staff memebers mentioned I have only had negetive experiences with. I Would be extreamly cautions using this company. Anything but professional. Spoke to other Mistoria team members outside of this branch and they have been lovely, helpfull and very polite. Reading some of the other negetive reviews makes me feel better that i am not the only one which a awfull experience.

My experience residing in this student accommodation has been nothing short of upsetting and frustrating. Genuinely, I would avoid this at any cost at all unless you want a headache and unnecessary stress. The lies and deception from our landlord too, Julie, is something that both my flatmate and I had to endure. From day one, the management's lack of organization marred the move-in process, creating unnecessary hurdles, including missing certifications, and incomplete property arrangements, which made our agreed move in date a week later. Communication was abysmal, with little to no response to urgent calls, and when reached, it was often at 4pm causing much uncertainty. We also dealt with issues when living in the property like a collapsed roof which was left unattended for weeks. The landlord’s unprofessional behavior and victimizing attitude towards tenants only exacerbated the situation, leaving us feeling unheard and disregarded. Basic concerns like electricity reimbursement and urgent responses during emergencies were consistently disregarded, highlighting a severe lack of responsibility and care for tenants' well-being. Overall, this accommodation experience has been a distressing and unsatisfactory period that negatively impacted our daily lives and safety.Finally, throughout our stay, we made every effort to maintain the premises in a clean and orderly manner, adhering to the terms of the rental agreement. Despite leaving the accommodation in the same condition as when we arrived, Julie’s lies of course allowed this unprofessional company to keep the deposits.Save the headache and your money. Don’t use this company.Lol - after seeing the response to my initial complaint, the victim complex is apparent. this is nothing to do with the deposit, but with how two young students were treated by the team, especially Julie threatening to take the property off us before the initial move in as SHE messed up the move in dates!
