Dreadful. Many closed shops and pretty grubby. Overall an hopeless post-apocalyptic feel. An horde of zombies would not look out of place. In fact they might create a bit more interest. A truly awful place.

Large new, quiet shopping mall. Interesting shops. We had good service and food at the Boswell cafe. Free Wi-do. Clean toilets.

Kennet Shopping Centre car park is very User unfriendly in the evening when coming out of Vue cinema wanting to get to the car park. The rest of the Centre is closed in the evening so you have to walk around outside to get to the car park - In the rain! So it saves the Centre a fee pounds on Security but a massive negative customer experience. Wake up Kennet Management. Change your policy

If you want an apocalyptic shopping experience visit. You can see maybe it was good once but no doubt town centre parking charges killed it like so many other smaller retail towns.

Good if you like charity shops, the girls serving in the Savers Chemist were very happy and polite.

It has shops, resturants/coffe shops. The bus station is not far away.Went to Nelsons American Diner. (29th Jan 18) The food there is really tasty and the staff are friendly. Me and a friend go there for breakfast before going to the cinema which the staff are very helpful.All the stores I go to in the Kennet Centre I find are very helpful.

A typical shopping centre in a medium sized town. Restricted opening hours makes it less useful than it might otherwise be, not sure why, some parts seem to be shut off at 1800.
