Called first thing this morning and here by lunchtime - I am in Herne Bay. Fixed my washing machine which was giving little electric shocks when I used it. They also checked other parts as well to make sure all okay, so very thorough and so pleased with how quickly they came. Very reasonable cost and will definitely call again, highly recommend.

The handle on our washing machine broke, Lance was able to come around within 2 hours of me phoning (in the snow as well) and had the issue resolved extremely quickly - definitely recomend!

Faultless service. Element had gone on our oven, called on a Saturday morning and within the hour we had someone at our house. Nothing was too much trouble and went out of his way to make sure the element was fitted for us rather than waiting weeks for one to be delivered. Will always be my first point if call in future. Highly recommend!!

Very professional service. I got a call back within 20 minutes after making my inquiry. The engineer was able to solve the issue with my Cookmaster oven over the phone! Very glad he was able to help so quickly.
