Great services and friendly staff always go extra mile

Horrible customer service experience with this company. Before committing to a lengthy 75-mile drive one way to the shop, I took the precaution of calling them not once, but twice to confirm stock availability, pricing, and the collection process.During my calls, I specifically mentioned the website price, which they confirmed. However, upon my arrival, I was sorely disappointed. Instead of the £158.40 quoted price for four packs of insulation as displayed on their website, I was told to pay a whopping £208 including discount.This visit turned out to be not only a waste of my time but also an unnecessary expense in petrol costs. Shoppers beware: confirmations over the phone may not hold up in-store.
