My replacement Leatherman tool arrived today!It is hard to believe that in a week my old one travelled from Cornwall to the Lake District, was assessed, replaced and returned! No hassle whatsoever!I was reading on line how amazing the service was from this company, but I really didn't expect to hear from them quite so quickly. They really do justice to such a fantastic product.This service is remarkable in this day and age and is the reason why I continue to buy Leatherman products for myself and to use as gifts.

Absolutely fantastic service. Broke the pliers on my trusty leatherman and sent them into to Whitby and Co in the hope of maybe a cheap repair or a discount on a new model. Received a brand new upgraded leatherman via return post. Brilliant service and I will certainly be buying many more leatherman products to add to the collection!

Sent off my Leatherman Wave as the locking spring had broken. Replaced under warranty with a brand spanking new Wave+Unfortunately my original leather holster was not returned, BUT, a quick email to them and a few days later it is safely back in my possession.Superb customer service. Refreshing to find a company nowadays that actually cares about their customers experience and not just their customers wallet contents....

I brought my Leatherman surge from a different company. But due to a fault it needed a repair. So I sent it in to whitby and co. This company bent over backwards to help me. I'm very attached to my Leatherman, they sent me out a new one and did it all without a simple complaint. I am a fussy worrier constantly badgering them. So for me this is a 5 star review that is definitely for their above and beyond customer service.
