The best cinema in Wolverhampton area in my opinion. Really big, spacious entrance, lots of places to buy food and drinks from. Attention to detail throughout the building is second to none even down to the glittered floor tiles and mirrored ceiling! 14 cinema rooms, lots of onsite toilets and parking outside. Staff are friendly. Seats recline in the cinema rooms with cup holders. Exceptionally big screens to view films on. Just brilliant and they even do m4j (movies for juniors) at 10am most days (cut price tickets to watch children's films previously shown

Great cinema with a good variety of screens. Staff were welcoming and the facilities decent. Went here to catch a ScreenX screening of The Creator as recommended by the director. Great experience with a unique projection system and comfy seats. Tickets are good value too.

My four stars go strictly to the cinemas. It’s big, clean and comfortable. Me and my partner watched Thanksgiving and it was a decent film. The only downside was the service beforehand. We were served by a small brown and white girl, both who wore glasses. There were no smiles, no manners and in just in general lazy behaviour. Furthermore there was a very short blonde girl who stood in front of the entrance to the screens who again, just rude. Didn’t say hello, thank you or anything. I will say however she was with a black girl and that girl was very nice and smiley. I work in a restaurant and understand being tired at work and it was late in the evening however that is no excuse for their attitude.

Really disappointed with the unprofessionalism, unwillingness to do or resolve anything and outright rudeness of a manager (Kayleigh) who is just incompetent and has an obstinately uncooperative attitude with any customer complaint I've made to her regarding security issues. She also needs training on how to speak to and treat customers and a reminder that they pay her wages. There are serious security issues that need to be addressed for customers to safely enjoy a film here. The cinema is currently also being badly run and I would be happy to discuss with senior management the easy and quick improvements that can be made.

Great film, comfy chairs, no disruption, a little chilly but that may be me. Only concern films that are a 15 certified are being shown on a 12A trailer reel. Not brilliant for newly 12 children.

More upgraded, remember when we to let another person out from the seats by standing up? We don't need to do that anymore, quite spacious and more comfortable.

A nice, clean cinema that's quite spacious and a lot more modern than some old Showcase's. The seats are more comfortable too with more leg room. I found the wheelchair accessible bay okay, as with most you get sat at the very front which is a tad uncomfortable as you're quite close to the screen but it's not unique to this cinema at all.We enjoyed a Starbucks from inside as well as had 2x Ice Blasts, 2x large popcorn and the nachos, quite pricey as it was the best part of £40 for just the cinema snacks but again not unique to this cinema. The toilets were very clean on our visit also and so were the main areas, it looks well kept and the staff we interacted with were friendly. Overall we'd come back.

My son was not allowed even after being 15 years old. Its a shame how the judgment is done of age. Its better to have a common policy of having ID card mandatory for students so every one is prepared to prove their age rather than being at the mercy of staff at the gate. Its totally bias how the youngsters are treated even when the parents are there to approve they are 15 and within the age limit. Understand the staff is following the policy to keep youngsters safe. But don't think they are above the parents to disapprove the age of a youngster. Above all there is no balance in how people are allowed in some have a free run others are extra scrutinized. Also have a feeling that some staff are very rude specially the girl we met at the entrance but the manager seems understanding but he had no choice but to support his co-worker. It happens at Cine world Wolverhampton. I have also raised it with the duty manager. Don't know how serious they take. Also I was not refunded the booking charges. Which is not fair. Its totally a arrogant approach. To make it fair to all make the ID card mandatory to all students so it proves the age and all are prepared to carry their ID. It was a joke for the passport ID to be asked. Hope better sense prevails and make a sensible change to your ticketing policy. There is nothing worst for a youngster to buy a ticket and come along with family to be returned home for no fault of his. I hope the you understand why youngsters prefer Netflix or Disney. We parents do our best to get them out for a family outing but your colleagues makes it a point to discourage youngsters and take them away from cinema theaters. Finally saying that, let me make it clear I have nothing against rules but how its implemented or executed. It has to be fairly and equally implemented. Suggestion, Make sure to put it in bold letters for students ID to be compulsory to prove their age so every one is better prepared and not go disappointing.
