Co-op Food - Milton Road

Already closed at 9:38 even though Google states it opens till 10 PM online.

My first visit to the store after moving to the area. Had everything I needed but unfortunately the assistant was rather surly. I was also surprised not to see a self service till but I suppose that was due to space.

Ok for some basic products. Ready to eat section always half empty. Overall qyality of sandwitches poor, but thats for whole co-op. No sugar free energy drinks, somone clueless set the planograms. At times long queue with no extra staff to helpout.

When I attended, I felt that the store was not doing enough to promote compliance with the laws on face coverings. Of the four other customers I noticed present, only one appeared to be complying with the law, and I didn't see the Co-op staff do anything to encourage the others to comply.

Another great Co-Op with great staff and a really friendly and helpful manager. All you shopping needs under one roof with the formidable Co-Op quality you'd come to expect from this brand leader of stores.

I have just spent twenty minutes in a growing queue as the server gave quality service to someone buying a vaporiser. He didn't apologise for the wait nor did he opt to call for assistance. There was a queue of over ten other customers. Furthermore, I now have no food as I am to work on a night shift. Thanks

No empathy!My fiancée came in to collect a parcel, as was convenient at the time, to find out she had no id, due to no correspondence from DPD to say she needed it.She had a panic attac in store, where she gets emotional and upset, so she may have said a few words while upset. (Not aimed at staff).Manager came and showed no emotion to helping my fiancée.Went home, came back with both utility bill and an old passport. To be told she could have picked up a utility bill from the floor outside and that would not be acceptable. (Which I find rather rude).If I could give a minus star for this I totally would. My fiancée had two panic attacks and no staff even showed any signs of care towards her, including the manager.

A bigger store than it looks from the outside, with a fairly good selection of different goods available for your local convenience. Pricing is slightly strange sometimes and slightly higher than other local stores, but it's still a good place to get supplies.
