The Brasserie
Good simple relatively upscale restaurant. The food tastes great while still remaining simple and the service is quick attentive and friendly. The highlights of the meal were the pork croquet starter which is highly recommended and the chips that come along side the steaks which are perfect. Definitely a great place for dinner.

Ordered 3 courses and enjoyed each and every one. The Isle of Wight tomato salad was delicious and fresh, Truffle Mac and Cheese with Leeks was the best I’ve ever had and the Pistachio Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate Tarte was light yet rich- perfection. Highly recommended.

Wonderful food in a gorgeous setting with friendly and considerate service - very much worth a visit. Also has a good selection of drinks including wines and cocktails. They've adapted well, the outdoor area is fully covered with plenty of heaters.

Firstly, if you are visiting for dinner & have limited mobility you’re in for a tough time. Not only is it a distance from the car park the terrain isn’t the best, especially in the dark. It could absolutely do with better signage. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, relaxing, informal with friendly staff. The charcuterie plate was pleasant with plenty of pickles & capers. A wider selection of meat would make this truly a stand out plate. The kedgeree scotch egg was a little bland & very oily. The flavour was there, just really muted.Ribeye was particularly good value, not too fatty but more time could have been spent rendering this further. I didn’t appreciate the inclusion of the basting herbs, these were hidden under the steak & easily found their spikey way into my mouth. The apple tart was disappointing & rather expensive for the portion. The tart base was painfully brittle & the filling a bland slightly sour apple purée.The Malbec wasn’t the best, very underwhelming, lacking colour & fruit with very thin legs.

Lovely setting and very friendly service. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the portions too. We had the champagne Sunday lunch and I would recommend the mackarel for starter and the beef for main.

Booked lunch yesterday for husbands birthday with mother in law. Turned up on time 12.30, restaurant not busy. Showed to table, decided on the al la carte menu, orders taken reasonably promptly - starters asparagus with crab, terrine and scotch egg, nice but not overwhelming. We then had to wait at least 25 minutes for the plates to be cleared even though staff where passing our table regularly. Then we had another long wait for our main courses, had to ask a staff member how long, surprisingly it turned up not long after, luke warm and disappointing. My husband was totally fed up at this point, so I asked for the 'bill' and said that I was not going to pay the service charge of 12.5%. At this point I'm assuming it was the restaurant manager came to speak to me, I told her about the above. She apologised and reduced the 'bill'. A very disappointing experience.

Brasserie at lucknam park .Great spot for a relaxed lunch with the family. Good wine list, seasonal fare and some classics e.g. burger, scotch egg, risotto. Excellent service and GORGEOUS surroundings. Nice place without formality of main hotel dining. Super.

Always a pleasure eating here. 5*.Once again the meal was excellent and the service impeccable. We had the roast beef plus all the trimmings of course. Pumpkin soup starter and lemon possett dessert. Thank you Tyler, Benz, Helen, Davis and Elanore. Happy looking chefs too. Thank you all.

Had lunch at the brasserie with my wife and mum, who's 96 now. Staff walking through the car park were very helpful in guiding us.We all had a range of starters, some salad and pudding. The duck parfait was sublime, the Scotch egg a disappointment. The salad was excellent as was the cheese board though, as all too often, served far too cold.Good service. £154 inc bottle of wine.
