My 12 year old son broke the screen of his iPhone 5 a week after getting it as a present from his dad. He was determined to get it fixed before his dad found out so shopped around with his own birthday money. He was so happy to find this place who fixed his phone at a really good price today and in just half an hour. The staff were really friendly and helpful and sold my son a good case, again at a decent price too. Would certainly recommend .

I was visiting King's Lynn on holiday. Had a problem with my phone which they fixed in 5 minutes. Professional and not expensive, I'd highly recommend.

Great place to fix phones. I brought my phone there and it was fixed. What more is there to say really. It was the case that was broken. In all honesty it had just fallen off. Well... Actually... I just took it off. Good place to get quality products though such as phone cases and they repair stuff wonderfully. The staff there are fantastic and deserve a raise with how well they work.

I brought my sons switch into the store 5 weeks ago for a broken button… I repeat, a broken button.Over the weeks when I chased them up, I was repeatedly told that the console had been sent away with little information.I finally got the switch back today and hilariously the button has indeed been fixed however where they have taken the console apart to do this, they have broken the backlight, making it completely useless with a black screen.When I phoned them to ask how they were going to resolve this issue, considering I got the switch back in a worse condition than it was sent away with, I was told there was nothing they could do and the chap who deals with this is away for 5 WEEKS - I’m sensing a pattern here!An iPhone was also given to them to have a speaker fixed, which again came back in a worse condition. When I later took the phone to a vodaphone shop, I was informed that they had replaced it with a Nokia speaker!Will definitely not be using again, absolute con artists! - Clara

Went to phone trader after being ripped off by a different outlet! This guy is brilliant, couldn't recommend him more highly.

This store is the worst. This was my 2nd visit. I took my iPhone in for a home button repair because I have to press really hard to go to the home screen. It cost me £20 and it took 30 mins for them to put the button in. It was a brand new one and it still does the same thing but I can press it abit lighter. But when I press it in certain places it just doesn’t respond. The guy said it will take time for it to get used to the phone. I wouldn’t trust this shop. I went in there before and had a screen repair done and they done that perfectly but this time really bad work. Recommend to go to either mobilezone or phonebooth

Avoid - had new battery fitted only 6 months ago and has now expanded and the case has come away from the screen - contacted them and I need another new battery fitted at the cost of another £30. Don’t waste your time or your money,

Friendly and easy to deal with problems but this is only 1 of the staff members. One of the staff was rude and also when i came in to replace a broken unworking charger he gave me a used one he was using in the back of the shop
